Sharp green eyes looked out over the pride lands hat had been her home for most of her life and more importantly, had been the place she could watch over her family. It upset her more often than not to think that her youngest sister was out wandering the world but what upset her the most was that her older brother, Tukwana, was out wandering the world. Pimasharazi had returned home and claimed his place as battle leader but without Tukwana.

She was very upset at Pima, but she couldn't stay upset forever, she knew no matter what trouble Tukwana got in to he always returned home. She hoped this time was no different from the last. She hoped above all else he hadn't done anything stupid.

Tukwana strolled along perfectly happy with himself. For once, he hadn't gotten in to trouble. He'd met a wonderful older lady whom had kept him in line for a while, she'd fed him and shown him her pride. He had even, for the smallest of moments, considered staying, but he knew where home was and that was where he was headed now.

Then he spotted Idone and he growled quietly. He knew she was waiting for him. It was like being baby sat. Why wouldn't they just let him lead his own life? He was the oldest after all.

He decided to humor her "Still searching for our youngest sibling Idone?" He scoffs, knowing full well she was less worried about their sister than she was about what exactly he had been up to.

The teal lioness rolled her eyes when she heard the familiar growl. Tukwana was in a way her twin, they shared the same markings and similar personalities, only she channeled her anger and bad moods in to being a great officer, he channeled his in to rage and pain. It upset her for like the rest of her family she loved her brother despite it all. They were family and they had to stick together.

"Yes, I do wonder where our youngest sister is Tukwana. I hope she is safe." She sighs lightly turning her deep blue gaze on the sky. "YOU on the other hand have been missing for several moons. I was about ready to send Pima out after you, where the hell have you been?" She growls turning on her brother teeth barred and eyes narrowed to mere slits.

Tukwana rolls his eyes. "Oh for gods sake Idone, take it back a notch. I'v been off. I met a nice lady over in the swamps and she taught me about her land. nearly didn't come back at all. Maybe should have stayed after all. I can just turn around you know?" He raises a brow curiously at his sister, she was younger than him, but only by a few minutes, she was his twin easy to anger, quick to react, he knew she had every reason to worry but he didn't care.

"Stop your flapping and just go back to cow towing to our brother already." He growls back, he knew he would never raise a paw to his sister, he couldn't even raise a paw to his younger brother, even though he had every right to challenge for battle leader, it was the families code, if nothing else they cared for one another, they protected each other and they did not attack one another.

Idone huffed and growled at her brother, a slight smile lifted her lips at his words. She did not co tow to her younger brother. Pimasharazi was the battle leader and as such he was to be respected but that didn't mean she had to bow and grovel to him. "Shut up Tukwana, you know Pima does not expect treatment like that, especially from his family." She snorts and cuffs her brother lightly around the ear.

"You should take a leaf out of his book brother, be calmer, it would suit you to stop causing trouble." She rolls her eyes, she had told him this many hundreds of times, but it never stopped him, Tukwana was a force unto himself. She just wished he would behave.

Tukwana shakes his shaggy maned head and laughs. "Blahblahblah, Idone we have been over this before! I do as i like, just be damn happy I returned home this time. Nearly stayed in the swamps, it's interesting there, they are a bit, cooky, but interesting and very wet, bit too muddy or my taste though." He snorts flickering his tail.

"You need to just settle down and remember it's my life and I lead it how I please Idone. Pimasharazi has accepted it, I think it's time you do too."

Idone raises a brow. It seemed something about the swamps had made an impression on her brother. She wondered faintly what that was. "The swamps? You said you met a lady there? I hope you didn't do what you did before." She frowns, she knew what Tukwana had done in the past, it frightened her that he could and would do such a thing, she hoped that he would never do it again.

Shaking her head she casts away the thought, he was still her brother no matter what and Pimasharazi had pulled him away before he could do too much harm. She often wondered if she had nephews and nieces in the world because of that horrible meeting. She shivers and shakes her head. "Well?"

Tukwana sighs heavily a growl of warning in the sigh. He didn't like her or anyone bringing up what he did. he did it because he could, because he wanted to. "Not that it's any of your business Idone, but no, she showed me her pride and I stayed with her for a while." He flickers his tail a little angrily, he had enjoyed his time in the swamps with the older lady with the limp.

"Her name was Lawanda, I stayed with her for a few moons, as you put it, then came back here. Nothing un-toward happened so stop harassing me." He grumbles his ears flattening in to his mane. Why were they always up in his business? It was his life he could do as he pleased with it.

Idone looks at her brother a faintly happy and surprised feeling washing over her. He hadn't hurt anyone? He hadn't hurt the female he had been with and more, he'd spent several moons with her, perhaps he even looked after her. Maybe her brother was changing after all? She doubted it deep in her stomach but at least it seemed he had learned something.

"It sounds like the lady touched you some where deep inside Tukwana." She grins a playful grin. "Lawanda you say? Well I will thank the gods for her, I hope she has changed you for the better." She chuckles, despite what Tukwana said it was her business, she had to keep her older brother in line now he as back, she had to protect everyone from his bouts of rage, but maybe, just maybe his time away would improve his personality at least a little towards the females of the pride.

Tukwana grinned broadly, okay if she wanted to go there. "Well I certainly touched her deeply." He winks and laughs loudly his tail flickering. "Do you mind if we head for the dens now Idone? or am I not fit to enter in to my home lands?" He raises a brow and flickers his tail before getting to his paws.

"I promise I will try to be your version of good." he chuckles "At least until I get in to a fight." He smirks a lopsided smirk and rolls his eyes. "Maybe, I'll at least try to try."

"EW! TUK!" She thwaps her brother roughly around the head and growls at him. "I did not need to know that. I hope you didn't leave her with cubs to look after Tukwana. You need to go back there at some point and make sure you havn't left her with a bunch of babies to care for."

She huffs and mumbles to herself "so irresponsible." Shaking her head she gets to her paws and nudges her brother with a shoulder. "Why can't you be more responsible brother?" She sighs and starts walking towards the dens her tail held at a cocky angle like a flag.

Tukwana chuckles and smirks, looking back at his sister he gives a shaggy maned nod. "Well at least one of us has to be irresponsible sister." He chuckles a growly chuckle.

"She isn't expecting to see me again Idone, if I do, or do not go back it's my business not yours. You and Pimasharazi need to keep your damn noses out of it alright?" He growls speeding up his step. He hated being treated like some fool, he was the oldest for gods sake yet he was treasted like the baby of the family.

Idone sighs and shakes her head. "You know we can't do that Tukwana. We worry about you we are your family you know?" She shakes her head her deep blue eyes looking sideways at her older less responsibkle brother.

"I'm glad you're home at least Tuk!" She smiles, she liked it when all of her family was in one place. "If only our youngest sister was here now. I hope she comes home soon." She smiles, a slight lamented smile.

"Ha! You don't very often call me Tuk, Idone, you must be happy to see me." He nudges his sister affectionately his own dark blue eyes smiling. "Now come on, I'll race you home. I'm sure Pimasharazi will be as happy to see me." He barks an amused laugh breaking in to a run.

He doubted Pima would be happy to see him, fed up of seeing him was more like. Still at least he was home and they could do what they seemed to love doing best, keeping an eye on him.

Idone shakes her head and races after her older brother, her twin. She wished above all else that Tukwana would behave now he was home. She wished her whole family was together again and lastly she wished that everything would be good, like it used to be when they were young.

Flickering her tail high in the air the pale blue eyes female roard and sped up to catch up to her brother. "He misses you Tukwana, even if you don't know it." She smiles nudging his shoulder as they ran towards their den, their family home.
