Common Phobias
Arachnophobia - spiders
Ophidiophobia - snakes
Coulrophobia - clowns
Social Phobia - social situations
Acrophobia - heights
Aviatophobia - flying
Claustrophobia - confined spaces
Agoraphobia - situations where escape is difficult
Brontophobia - lightning and thunderstorms
Trypanophobia - injections
Carcinophobia - cancer
Mysophobia - germs, dirt
Necrophobia - death or dead things
....And by the way....
Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia is the fear of long words. biggrin

Arachnophobia for me. I'm seriously frightened by spiders. A horror movie traumatized me when I was five.
And currently I'm worried that there may be an infestation in my car.... cry
Irrationally, I'm also afraid of being trapped and tortured in a clothes dryer, lol.....

Used to be afraid of heights and spiders. Spiders not so much anymore. Heights I am getting better about too.

Do you mean rape phobia? If so I don't even think that should be a phobia. Phobias are irrational fears. That is a very rational fear to have.

Academic Atychiphobia. Except I respond with fluctuating waves of outrage and anxiety, each wave getting stronger than the last until I solve whatever's causing it.

Owwin Do you mean rape phobia? If so I don't even think that should be a phobia. Phobias are irrational fears. That is a very rational fear to have. Eh, when it comes to irrational fears, I don't have many, if any at all. I hate needles but it's not an irrational and traumatizing fear. I can only think of things I have a good cause to fear.

I don't like Bees & Spiders, but I'm not afraid of them. If I know they're there and they don't invade my personal space, they're fine.
If it's one thing that really terrifies me, it's flying (in a plane).
Kinda weird for the Wind guy, but yea.

If it's one thing that really terrifies me, it's flying (in a plane).

o-o I have a lot of phobias... D: Some of them, not fully, but to an extent.
Edit: Fear of pain, people with amputations, of being forgotten, of being ridiculed, sexual questions, Greek terms, phobias, and wasps... xD
If any of you poke fun at the sexual questions one, I will shun you... >_>
