So, for the Halloween event, Im planning a cosplay parade, at gaian towns
So which time frame is best for you, I know that we are not able to accommodate all but it'll be best to accommodate as many as possible, so we will have a vote.
It would be fine if we had more than one scheduled time for the parade, but only if a crew member can help me organize; please calling all crew members! (crew members post here if you are willing to organize with me!)

As for the times for me, I actually don't know, but I have school on weekdays, so we should stay away from those.

halloween is not on a weekday this year.. its on a sunday

I know. I was unsure of what day we'd being do the parade itself. By the way, don't know about you, but Zomg is not really my forte, meaning I suck at it. So VH is best. And, I have November 1st off. Don't know about others, but... Just putting that out there.
