lmao I am the same way heart Maybe Asian dramas are just more emotional? I know that the Japanese have a lot more dramas about health conditions and death than we do in America....

Dorama...
I'll watch American/British/Western TV Shows and Films and won't cry or will hardly cry.
I watch Korean and Japanese shows and I cry like a baby every episode or almost all the way through if it's a film!
I cannot be the only person who does this but what I don't get is; why am I so unemotional of western stuff and cry like a baby with Japanese, Korean and Chinese stuff!

  Lol, me too! If the story is sad. It takes a bit extra to make me cry on movies and dramas, and it seems that Asian dramas can get pretty sad. D; The ability to make people cry makes sure you know that Asian dramas are so much better than Western ones. <33

maybe japanese dramas are more dramatic or something
i cry easily but for some reason western dramas don't make me cry
it can also be because you are so attached to the characters

I get very attached to the characters too whee
Another point I have about Western dramas: I don't think they are anywhere near as good as Japanese or Korean dramas. I don't know what it is, but I could never watch nearly as many Western dramas as I do Asian. It must be the difference in target audience. I feel like Western are just all about drugs, sex, and violence. Where Asian dramas actually try to build a deeper story line.

Before I watch a movie I always check to see if someone dies. If someone dies, I don't watch it.
It'll either become my favorite, or most hated movie. xD
