Hey Adam. It sounds like you need to get the F*CK out of your hometown. Aren't you going to college? That's a great way to get out and meet new people. There's an entire community of transgender people in the city where I go to school, and they're all fantastic people.
Cheer up, buttercup, don't just sit around waiting for good things to find you, go out and look around a little! x) You'd be astonished at what you'd find!
