MY Fellow Gaaralites I have stayed my fingers long enough. I am Unable to be at peace knowing that the day of our holy gaara's birth is wasting away with nare a contest nor party to be seen, And so my friends I suggest a small contest amongst us whom call ourselves Gaara's fans. I Cannot give you much but half the amount my clothes have fetched for each winner but hope that you will come into this contest.

And so The day came that Gaara was to be born.....
Yes today I open a 2 week long contest for those out there whom Write and love the man of our dreams
I have decided to place rules on the contest
1. I dont care what level it is but If you decide to post it on this website it MUST I repeat MUST be approparate. NO smut on Gaia. I'll read it but only if you send it to me P.M-aly
2. I want good grammer and spelling, not perfect but I don't want to think of gaara saying: D00D YOUZ ROXER MY [30XERZ *shudder* Unless this is really important to the story. *shivers at he nondressedness* anyway. I also dont want to not be able to read the entries please please Write in english please. I dont want to try to read a story in the grammer style of french. If you are from another country I beg that you try to use english.
3. Lets try to be realistic? No aliens coming into canon naruto world. If it is Au mark it as Au please. Also once I set the parmaters please try to stay inside them.
And of course
4. Have fun
What Are You To Write About?
Humm Im going to give you a list of items that a least three of must be in the story. Genre is your choice. GAARA MUST BE THE MAIN CHARACTER.

Comic/Art contest
Contestents for serious
1.Keiokiena and her lovely sprite of her glomping gaara-sama
2. Vicious and her picture of gaara and the phantom cake
3. Matsuka and a cosplaying Gaara
4. spiffy and her sharpie gaara
And since there is only one comic the winner of the comic contest is
1.Narucotic and her comic
She gets half of the prize money come the end of the poll
time frame : 2 weeks
Aww don't you just heart Gaara. Isn't he Pretty? Want to draw him? Take my challenge then
There are to be two Catagories : Serious/art or comics/funny pics.
Funny follows the same rules as my story. I dont care If it is stick figures If its funny i'll take it. Add three things from the list and go crazy.
Art is any thing sad or otherwise that does not fit into the comic catagory. Anything is accepted as long as it has serious overtones. Not chibi and no punch lines
I May be a mod but you will be choosing the winner I will be setting up two seperate polls and then I will take the most popular of the two types and then divide the winnings out to the three winners (writing art and comic)
Anything else?

I've been studying for exams, but I celebrated Gaara-kun's Japanese and North American birthdays! btw, I only did so because of the time zone difference 3nodding No time for drawing Gaara art, though! gonk

*randomly picks three items* Tape, forks and gourds? Maybe this'll kick some life in my muse so I can get on with the requests, I'm so low on inspiration right now it's not even funny crying
Gaara sat alone in the kitchen in the middle of the night, trying to bend a fork with his pure will... eek *hurries to scribble it down* I have a feeling this one's going totally crack... o_O
I might get around to drawing something, I won't submit my old crayon drawings since they didn't do too good in the other contest, so it'll be something new...
