Look, I'm not the best when it comes to deck lists, so don't get offended if I don't offer fixes, but I will do my best.
First off, no, just outright no. The list just doesn't work.
No Honest's? Endymion's? Citadels?
Jenis can go. Scrap Iron can go.

Making the switch from Chaos to Chaos Spellcaster is a step down for the deck, unfortunately. Spellcasters have zero support (outside of Chaos Sorcerer) for a Chaos deck. Just stick to straight Chaos; I guarantee you will be running a better deck because of it.

Sooooo many shenanigans.
