I don't really know what to say. I beat Bjorn on my first try. Last winter before I got my wisdom teeth out.
I can tell you my party lineup, though. Because instead of mostly monsters, I wanted to beat everyone up with my badass family. So my main lineup was Hero, Son, Daughter, and Bianca, in that order. Hero n' Son were combat medics, Daughter was the main spellcaster and Oomph gal, and Bianca was spellcaster and Sage Stone Spammer. I know that I had Saber and a Slime Knight in my backup crew, but I'm not sure about the others.

When do you get Bianca back? I have no idea where I'm going and I thought Bjorn was the next part of the story.
EDIT: I just remembered I was looking for the area where you blow the Fairy Horn.
EDIT2: Never mind, found it.
