This is a medical facility run by squad four just for accidents and injuries related to the sparring grounds, it is just like a squad barracks building in size camparred to the much larger normal facility. This medical facility has three beds in each room as well as mats for the squad members treating their injured comrads.

Tsukirou got her faster than everyone else with his shikai still intact.

4th division lieutenantIsane appeared almost instantely after him "I need you to back up while I work one him, please" She began rambling about what was wrong with him and what to do first, as she slowly seemed overwhelmed and then became instantely composed again "Okay first I need to repair the prepherated nerves with this chiyudou style... She was now holding her hands out as she clasped one ontop of the other and suddenly they began to glow as molecules seemingly began to gather and become visible as they became larger and connected together in tiny strands in the middle of his wound.

Jisaku couldn't open his eyes. He could hear voices, quite a few actually. He recognized the upstart Tsukirou...as well as the lieutenant of Squad Four...and...who else was there?

4th division lieutenantIsane was now attaching an IV into Jisaku's blood stream while still healing him with her other hand "I am sorry, that this is taking so long, but I am afraid he will be in here under constant healing and surgery for the next few days, and seeing as to the extent of his wounds we may have to wait for my captain to get back for any major healing to be done. But I can stop the bleeding and keep him alive for the next few days until my captain gets back from the world of the living, I hope that it won't take him quite to long or else he might be in this coma for a while. I may be skilled but it is difficult to heal injuries caused by reiatsu as they aren't quite the same in texture of the nerve disruption." she was now looking through his wound at the the floor visible on the other side "I really wish that I was stronger but...NO BUTS I will disregard my own reiatsu strength and use the most powerful Chiyudou Kidous I know, I will prove my strength" She began focusing all of her reiatsu "Hanos Void ex" A dome appeared around his wound and the inside of his wound began slowly repairing itself surely but slowly, Isane now had a bead of sweat on her forhead as she focused carefully. The wound acted as asylum to dead cells as they became alive and stretched across the diameter of the hole. Isane became faint as her reiatsu was being pulled out of her and into the wound very quickly although the healing was acting very slowly.

When Jisaku opened his eyes, he was thrilled to see that he didn't kill Jisaku. Tsukirou got up to apologize, but he stopped himself.
He's alright now, guess it's time for me to go...
Tsukirou started walking out the door, then realized he had no were to go. No actual bed to go to not even a place to visit.The only place he had gone to in the soul society was where ever he followed Ayumi and Gato.
Well that's shameful...
He decided to stay seeing that there was no where to go. When he saw the Lt having trouble healing Jisaku, he went up to him and placed his own hand on the Lt, giving him a large quantity of his reiatsu. Being that he was still in his shikai, Tsukirou was basically made of reiatsu at the moment. ((I don't know where to go!!! AHHHHH!!! T.T))

"Ayumi-chan... Gato-san..." Whatever they were doing must be working if Jisaku already had the strength to mumble, at least. That being said, it felt like an eternity since he found out his old friends were killed in battle. When he received the news, it felt like a hole was blown from his heart.

CAPTAIN OF SQUAD 5, FELECIA FOX I stay close to Jisaku's side, my fox tail between my legs as I have tears in my eyes. "Jisaku, hang in there!!", I call to him with my hands on his chest, doing what I can to heal him as well. TSUKI TIGURESU, FOX'S ZANPAKUTOI appear next to Felecia, my tail thrashing as i cry into my paws as i set my tigress eyes on the badly wounded Jisaku. "Please Don't let Jisaku-san die........please........", I say, my voice muffled due to my mouth being covered by my paws.

4th division lieutenant"Please 5th division captain, if you can heal at all then please heal my reiatsu, this ability I am using literally pulls the reiatsu from me and converts it into cells to recreate his body and unfortunately I don't know how to control the flow of the reiatsu wich is why I shouldn't be using it." She looked distressed as she had to catch herself from falling over. The bubble was beginning to thin as Isane lost the color to her skin and became weak.

He looked at his other hand, pouring with his reiatsu. He feared his own power, but even more what his power could do to the people around him.
They say that this is only ten percent, but I believe their lying. I know it's true but I don't want it to be. This great power has been a curse for me my entire life, why am I here? What is the reason for my massive power.
Even though he promised his teachers to use his power for good, he wondered how destruction could help someone. He couldn't think, not with what just happened in the field.
The worst thing I probably have to worry about now is their feelings towards me at the end of this. To be kind and have so much power, it just doesn't fit me at all...
He added more power into his reiatsu, seeing as how the Lt was having more complications. As he added more power to his reiatsu, his ears and tail grew longer.

4th division lieutenant"Tsukirou thank you, and you are more then welcom to stay here, or at our main medical facility if you find it to be more comfortable."Isane had healed him most completely, or atleast for that wound. The wound had about five more crucial layers left as she struggled to control the flow of reiatsu the power stretched acrossed the wound each strand connecting itself to each vein individually as it became completed and the blood began flowing through the now created vein once more. This process continued repeating itself over again. "It is working but your reiatsu is quite hard to control, don't get me wrong, I am not complaining but his wounds...I just worry, thank you and once again you may stay here or at the main facility it is more comfortable and larger, it is better kept as well."

"Of course, Isane-chan. try to hold still, ok?", I say as i begin to heal her with a special technique that I created myself called Neko no megami saisei, or "cat goddess regeneration". My hands glow a deep blue as her energy is returned in almost 5 minutes. TSUKI TIGURESU, FOX'S ZANPAKUTOI watch Fox as she heals Isane-sama. "How do you feel Jisaku-san?", I say as i turn to Jisaku again.

And stay as in sleep here?"
He was never very comfortable when sleeping at a medical facility in any place. It was his own personal problem. He had no problem with any doctor or nurse, but just the thought made him uneasy.
"I think I'll figure out where I'm sleeping tonight. But in case I don't, I guess I could stay here. But I might as well walk around while I'm here, this place is far to vast to just sit around and do nothing."
He sighed, hoping he didn't hurt the Lt.'s feelings. He eased off his reiatsu just a bit so she could have better control over it, but even Tsukirou had trouble with his own reiatsu.

CAPTAIN OF SQUAD 5, FELECIA FOXI finish healing Isane as i turn to see jisaku awake. "Oh look, Mr. sleepy-head woke up. How are you feeling, sweetheart?", I ask with a caring and warm tone, like a mother would to her child. TSUKI TIGURESU, FOX'S ZANPAKUTOI sniffle and wipe my tears away. "Are you alright, Jisaku-san?", I ask with a small smile.
