And what better way to kick off his day, than playing around like this. Sitting in a hallway, across from a window, playing with the light that was drawn to him like metal to a magnet. It seemed to collect on golden feathers, shining softly, while he twined bits of it around his fingers. How nice, this feeling, peaceful. Hey, even the insane could enjoy a moment of peace, especially one with dual personalities, like the Light Elemental Patient, Malachi Solas'fuar. His golden hair was perfect as always, falling low to his mid-back, with golden feathers fluffed up, like a bird asleep. The boy sighed. What a day.
Sure, he'd been lucky, unlike Sha, and not run afoul of any of the doctor lot. He was careful, and didn't really venture out of their room, but to eat. He was sure, eventually, he'd meet one, and that could be interesting. His eyes narrowed darkly as the thought crossed his mind, and his hand fisted around the light that twined his hands. He growled low in his throat, and let go of the light, letting everything flow back into its natural setting. Now there was really not much left to do….but to wait and see who would come along. You never knew….

If there was one thing a certain doctor had gotten irritated about during the passing month it was the undeniable jump in the population of the once silent asylum. Such silence, the calm yet eerie echos of the building, was something Janus was starting to miss and crave for. While he wasn't someone who was completely anti-social, he did enjoy his times alone over actually interacting amongst the others, especially patients he knew he would end up labeling as annoyance and others who wouldn't mind ridding the world of. As the tall doctor walked along the dark halls of the patient sector his senses stood on high alert for another out of the ordinary that could be going on, and it didn't take too long for such a sign to show. Certainly light flickers of light were unusual, unless that patient had a way to get electricity running through their room for any electronics, right? Maybe. It wasn't like he cared, or did he?

The blue eyed boy glanced up as the sound of footsteps on the ground reached his ears. Wings flared, light that he'd gathered catching his pretty feathers and reflecting like a golden mirror. His glasses slid slowly down his nose, and he pressed himself against the wall, nails digging into the solid surface. What the hell....no one should have been down this way, and the only reason he saw for any doctor to have been coming this way...well, was for a reason HE didn't want to speculate on.
And when his pretty icy blues landed on Janus, his eyes narrowed, and teeth bared. Damn....This must have been a doctor, with the way he was striding about. Wings ruffled and he pressed himself further back, like he could melt into the wall. Unfortunately, he was a being of light, he kind of stood out, didn't he? Especially with those jingling chains giving away his position...maybe he should rethink those....for hiding purposes. They weren't very practical. Softly, full lips parted in a whisper, "Go away..."
