It was quite the beautiful day in Destiny City, far too beautiful to keep herself cooped up inside. Which is how she ended up at her usual little cafe, strawberry smoothie resting on the wrought iron table next to various binders and papers. A gentle breeze would blow now and then, but she didn't seem worried about the papers being blown away.

No, in fact, Melody seemed quite content where she was, pencil tapping against the table as she reached for her drink once again with delicate fingers. Her music class, well music writing class, had assigned every one to create a short song based on a theme you were given. There had been so many, though no one had truly known the list, and she had received the theme of new encounters.

While in no short supply of new encounters, from meeting new people with in the city as well as new senshi, none of them really seemed to give her something to work off of. Sure she had a few lines done, but nothing solid and nothing she was proud of. With a sigh of frustration the blonde sucked down more of her drink then went back to staring at the sheet music.

Brass left his house determined to find peace, anything that took him far from home, he couldn't stay there while his father mumbled politics and business all over the house, as if it was the cruel end of the society as we know. He drove down the lane all the way to the commercial part of the city. It was filled with all the traditional stores of Destiny City, from bookstores to cafés.

He could’ve his a bar nearby, but it was too early to drink and that’s not what he was looking for today. He wanted a pleasant afternoon, especially a quiet one. One thing that could drive Brass insane was his father shouting with that Viking voice of his on and on.

He spotted a nice little café down the street. It seemed peaceful enough, with only a small amount of customers quietly sipping their beverages. He parked his bike close by, took his helmet off and shook his head to straighten the hair. It was a sunny day, a little warmer than usual, so it was a relief to take of the helmet and feel the breeze stroking his face. He then stood up, unzipped the jacket, taking it off, and threw it over his right shoulder. He was wearing a white dress shirt with some buttons left open, showing a silver necklace and locket around his neck. The well-polished silver occasionally reflected the bright daylight.

He juggled his keys before putting them away in his pocket, leaving the keychain hanging from it. It had the shape of a wolf made from the same silver of the locket. He pulled a chair, placed his jacket over the table and took the menu to decide what he was going to order. The mocaccino was the best option and so he asked the waitress if she could bring some.

The sound of a motorcycle was loud and very disruptive to her thinking, or lack there of really, and she turned when it came to a stop by her usual cafe. There were several in the city, a yellow one coming to mind first off, but this one she was sure she hadn't seen before. Unabashedly she watched as the driver turned off the bike and climbed off.

Huh, even more odd that the driver would stop at this little cafe. Now she knew she'd never seen the person, as she knew just about every one who stopped here. And when the helmet and jacket came off, being the teenage girl that she was, Melody could not stop herself from watching him for just a moment longer.

He was definitely attractive and eye-catching.

It was about the time he looked over the menu that she turned back to her sheet music and the lack of notes written down. When he placed his order the waitress stopped back by her own little table to ask if she needed a refill. Politely she declined and the waitress went on her way.

And Melody's brown eyes traveled back to the motorcyclist with out even realizing it.
