I turned down three ******** jobs for a scam. If I ever meet the person who pulled this on me I am going to rip their ******** throats out.

That really, really sucks. sad It's so depressing that kind of thing goes on. I hope you didn't lose anything else though? No money or anything?

No, I didn't lose anything.
Apparantly the way the scam works is that they mail you a check, you cash it and send another check to a 'different person' and then the check you cashed turns out to be false and you get screwed.
But I figured out it was a scam before I got any mail. The e-mails this guy was sending me did a 180 in quality after the first few so I dug a little deeper and found out it was a pretty common craigslist scam.
