At the risk of sounding impossibly dense... what's Goota Ramen?
ninja From what I have gathered, Goota is a subdivision of Nissin. It is a ramen that has liquid soud, powdered soup, noodles and toppings, ie: real eggs, real pork, etc.
Goota is not the only brand that makes it this way, but it is one that I heard was available over here.
And as to Ramen shops in or around Chicago, I have found maybe 3. 2 of which are actually out in Arlington Heights. The other is on Belmont, off the Red Line stop to the west, a few blocks past the Japanese Culture Center.
