Sigh.
So far there was absolutely nothing to do and Raziel was so bored, he had taken to walking aimlessly around the campus. At first he was kind of curious to see the undead dorms, but was turned away before he got remotely close by the disturbing scent. Kicking his foot on the ground he headed off in a new direction, this time the demon dorms. He wanted to see what more of them looked like, especially since they had an amazing sense of fashion. Before he was able to get inside, the gates were locked in front of him.
With another deep resentful sigh, Raziel headed towards the edge of the forest nearby. He felt like releasing some pent up energy, and so began to clim the tree quickly. Once at the top, he took a nimble leap to an adjacent tree and started partway down before switching to the next.

Being a rather observant girl, Belladonna looked up from her little seated area in the woods to see a bit of blue flashing through the trees. Having been preoccupied with being a woodland maiden straight from her favorite Grimm Fairy Tales, Belladonna had been busying herself most of the afternoon with braiding some bloodrot flowers in along the stems of any lily of valleys she spied. (Most creatures found lily of the valleys completely unassuming, but Belladonna knew full well that every single part of that flower and subsequent plant was highly poisonous, so she couldn't help but love it dearly.) The flower chains would look delightful hung around her dorm room window and this was as good a chance as any to get some fresh air before classes started. That was, of course, until she spied that blue thing flitting through the trees.
Dislodging the unfinished (and a few finished) flower chains from her lap, Belladonna jumped up and quickly followed after the blur. "Hello!" Belladonna called after the thing, assuming it was a creature of some sort and very well prepared to discover if it wasn't. Perhaps it was a new animal in which she could befriend! Why, Binx wasn't with her today (silly thing, saying he needed some more sleep after that rat fiasco or another) and she had needed someone to talk to as she'd run out of funeral songs to sing to herself.

Still flitting through the trees, Raziel had begun to be lost in his own thoughts. He was so deep into his musings that jumping through the trees required no conscious focus.
That is until his thoughts were interrupted.
Snapping suddenly out of his stupor, Raziel turned his head to see where the 'Hello' had come from. In doing this he managed to miss his next branch and come tumbling down to the ground in a puff of dirt. The only thing slowing his fall were the branches hitting him on the way down.
"Unngg," he moaned as he stood up rubbing the back of his head, " what did you do that for?"

It was only natural that when she caught up to the pretty blue thing that it ran into a tree and came crashing down. The scream Belladonna gave for its concern probably didn't make it feel much better, but it sure made her feel like she was doing something. Perhaps she should work on her introductory techniques? And really, it wasn't her fault she was so curious that any little thing caught her eye.
"Oh great Hectate, are you alright?!" She cried, crashing beside the thing to assess the damage. "I am SO SORRY. I--I didn't think you'd run into a tree! I figured you were a bit more focused--I guess you weren't expecting me, I truly apologize! You're not hurt are you?"
The creature seemed much smaller now that it was lying on the ground in front of her. And what if it was hurt?! Sure, she knew posionous plants but she didn't know many healing plants! Why really, who in Halloweentown had much use for a healing plant? That was much more left to those fleshies, though she did know a number of witches that used various plants to help restore lost FEAR, so that was similar she supposed. ACK. NO. Can't let the mind wander. Belladonna HAD to find out whether this thing was alright or not.
"Do what for? Call to you? I was curious... Some little blue thing flying through the trees! It was very odd you see." That would have to serve as an explanation for now.

Still a little dizzy, Raziel made his way to standing up. When he finally looked up with a grunt to see who was there yelling questions at him, Raziel was at eye level with a cheery looking witch who wore an expression of worry.
"I'm fine," he groaned, and even if he wasn't, he definitely didn't want the witch who caused the problem to be casting spells to "fix" him.
"It's fine, just next time.. don't, just don't," Raziel trailed off, rubbing his temples to try and calm his aching head. With little success, Raziel grimaced and tried to appease the girl by answering enough of her questions for her to leave him alone.
"Yes, call to me. I was thinking..." he mused to himself for a moment, not wanting to tell much to this witch, especially since he hardly knew her.
"...I'm odd? Ha! And what are you doing out here in the murky woods, missy?" He prodded a finger in the air at her, not close enough to touch her, close enough that she might have flinched.

Quickly the little creature was up and off the ground, pointing fingers in Belladonna's direction and making up jump a bit at its curt voice. It was so tiny! She hadn't meant to hurt him or make it angry... It had lovely amber-gold eyes and they looked so fierce!
"I'm very sorry, I didn't realize you were thinking." Hhhmmm. "I meant I didn't think you could be lost in your own thoughts! It was silly of me." Since she had already invaded his mind, it was only natural that she go ahead and invade his personal space. Doing her best to keep her hands to herself, Belladonna quickly circled the creature (why, it wasn't so small after all. It was the exact same height as herself!) to check for any wounds. "You look alright, though your jacket has a small tear on the back." Oops, causality of war she supposed. It was an easily fixed tear... That is if this creature would stop glaring at her long enough to mend it! Eek!
"What was I doing? Oh! I was over in that clearing!" She turned to point behind them, turning back and smiling at his hostile form. "I was braiding some bloodrot and lily of the valley together. They'll look lovely in dorm room! Need some color against all the black, you know?" It was true. She needed a bit of white to help the black curtain pop a bit.

Raziel grumbled as he patted the dirt and other particulates off of himself. While doing so, he was only mildly listening to what the witch girl was saying, that is until she mentioned a hoe in his clothing.
"Arrgh! A hole in my shirt?" he almost screeched, searching around until he found the offending area. Sliding his shirt off his shoulders, Raziel looked more closely at the hole, trying to determine how bad it really was. It turned out to only be a minor blemish in his perfect attire, so he decided to calm down a bit.
"No, I don't know anything about your dorm needing color," he snapped back at her after putting his shirt back on, "That sounds like a personal problem."
Having put himself back together, Raziel finally had the chance to look at whom he was speaking with. She was a rather short witch, about his height, and definitely one of the less scary looking at the school. As he analyzed her up and down, he realized he had no idea who she was. "What's your name?"

Not taking the idea of her room needing more color as a 'personal problem', Belladonna instead pursed her lips in a pout and decided to ignore that remark. Obviously he was lacking in the home decor department, however stylish his outfit was. Anyone who preferred a dull bedroom was obviously off in the head.
"Oh it's just a small tear. A quick sew up will fix it, no problem!" Here she paused, looking the creature over. (The need to call it 'little' was overpowering, but she had a good feeling he wouldn't much appreciate that.) While he didn't look happy, she couldn't assume that was his natural state of mind. Maybe he was just having a bad day? And what bad day couldn't do with a little bit of mending? Or at least a small witch??
"Come with me! I've got a great sewing kit in my dorm, I'll fix it up for you!" She suddenly cried out, grabbing its hand and dragging it the way she had originally come. "I'm Belladonna! Its lovely to meet you, um..." Here she was expecting him to provide his name while she by passed all decent politeness by carrying him against his will.
