3D VC is pretty crazy. I wonder what that will be like. It's awesome to know that they're doing that, and if you don't like it you can just easily turn it off at any time.
Plus you can hit the home button at any time and do s**t like write notes or check your steps and stuff. Neat that you can manage (some) apps while not having to quit your game. Hopefully music playback is one of them.
It has a light that indicates you when it updates games from the internet or another 3DS and you can check what all has been updated from an easy list. Nice. This thing is gonna be slick.

It's 25,000 yen in Japan so it's most likely gonna be 200-300 dollars here.
Nintendos priciest handheld yet.

It also comes with a 2GB SD card that will have augmented reality games on it. That's a pretty sweet bonus.
Also packaged: Two socks for you to j**z in because the 3DS is so awesome scream
