Brief information:
No roleplayer is allowed to automatically have Master Balls in their possession when starting their journey.
How to obtain:
1. Aiding a region during a major crisis.
2. Aiding a pokemon researcher with crucial research.
3. Becoming a pokemon researcher and requesting a shipment from Silph Co.
4. Stealing a Master Ball from someone who possesses one or robbing Silph Co. [Not Suggested]
5. Obtain Eight badges (All must be from the same region) and secure the Champion title of a Region.
