Matsuo Tenshi A Deadly Combination of Speed and Power All was quiet within the squad 13 barracks. All of the sudden a garganta ripped open above the captains office. A massive reitsu could be felt coming out. Matsuo could be seen slowly stepping out. He looked around and simply sighed. "where is that Ryoko? I have a score to settle with him...." Matsuo knew the odds of coming out of this fight in one piece. It was slim to none due to the fact that he was in the soul society. But since he was here and he knew he was going to die..... Matsuo thought about destroying many buildings when he was here just to have a little fun before he kicked the bucket. But then again Matsuo was never too fond of death. But he knew he cheated death on a daily basis. So seeking death was the proper way for him to die. He stood there, waiting for the captains to come. He had hoped that they would let them fight. If not Ryoko was going to be madder than hell......  OOC||

"Well well I never thought I'd see you again Matsuo, but I really never though I'd see you come here...and so alone. I must say you have a lot of fortitude to actually be so bold as to come here...and to my Barracks no less." Misao smiled sadistically as she rested her arm on the hilt of her zanpakuto. "What brings you to my barracks in particular, was it your vow to kill me if I ever left Hueco Mundo?"

but imagining it makes it so...The Fallen Angel -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Out of shunpo Ryoko appeared infront of Misao. He gripped the hilt of his zanapkuto ready to be drawn. He turned his head to her "Misao stay back this is my fight...." Ryoko said as he slowly drew Kurayami from his scabbard and placed the scabbard on the ground. "This is where I will finish this... Matsuo." he said with a deep tone as a powerful spiritual pressure filled the air enough to cause 3rd seats and lower ranking shinigamis to be on their knees but it didn't effect Misao or Matsuo because they were higher leveled. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Challenge me and you meet death

Misao chuckled a bit, "please be patient Captain Ryoko. I understand that you want to finish off Matsuo and like before I have no problem with that, but there's something I want to know first." Misao looked at Matsuo again, all forms of a smile leaving her face. "Tell me, where are Xavior and Kiyomi?"

Matsuo Tenshi A Deadly Combination of Speed and Power   Matsuo sighed as Ryoko drew his zanpakuto. "Before we start.... I want only one rule to be set.... you see I have always experimented with alot of things and most recently I played around with viruses. It seems as if I got infected by mistake. If I release my zanpakuto then it will only speed up my death. I would be dead within ten minutes. I have only an hour to live would be my guess...... So if you want this fight to be fair then do not release your zanpakuto." He chuckled at Misao's question and then shrugged "who knows? I never saw them get out of Las Noches before it exploded..... so as far as I know they are either both severly injured or dead..... not my fault they didn't get out in time" He said coldly. He turned to Ryoko and did something he rarely does before battles. He drew his zanpakuto. Matsuo always fought with his hands. and having him draw his zanpakuto to fight was rather unusual. He threw the sheath to the side and pointed it at him. "so are you ready for this?" he said coldly. This was going to be the final battle for Matsuo. Because either way..... he was going to die. but imagining it makes it so...The Fallen Angel -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- " This will be your final battle? Then God is on my side today. Misao don't let anyone else interfere.... Lets begin!!!" Ryoko said as he lunged head on at Matsuo. Ryoko wouldn't normally be the one to attack first but it seems Ryoko is showing Matsuo his honor through combat. As Ryoko was getting close to him he held his zanpakuto to the side going for a curved slash at Matsuo's chest across the heart. Even if his opponent was Matsuo he still had honor and didn't release his zanpakuto. This battle was gonna be based on skill and probably will go down in history as one of the greatest battles. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Challenge me and you meet death

Matsuo Tenshi A Deadly Combination of Speed and Power Matsuo used his free hand to brace against his blade as Matsuo held it in a defensive position to block Ryoko's blade. As his zanpakuto met his sparks began to fly. A loud metal to metal like noise could be heard. Matsuo then turned his zanpakuto pointing at the ground, which he promptly then swung upward in a curved arc, grabbing the blade with both hands as he swung for increased power. Aiming to cut him from the bottom up. Matsuo knew he was going to get weaker as the battle dragged on. So he needed to try and end this quick. Otherwise it would be one sided the entire time. Matsuo was actually afraid of testing out his Hierro in fears that it could be weakened from the virus, but the again you never know. After the swing was ended Matsuo would then return to having one hand on the hilt and one hand free. He was taking the Zaraki Kenpachi style to this fight. Since he needed to take advantage of his strength while he still had it. OOC||

but imagining it makes it so...The Fallen Angel -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ryoko heard the two swords collide as he noticed Matsuo's blade about to move for a strike from the bottom to up. Ryoko then spun his body to the left side which enabled him to add more power for a counter attack by doing a spinning blade strick at Matsuo's side. Ryoko was highly skilled in swordmanship and has proven it in recent battles by not releasing his zanpakuto first. Ryoko could have used shunpo or kido's but he didn't for he wanted to use all of his skill against Matsuo as a way of showing that Ryoko was a true warrior. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Challenge me and you meet death

Matsuo Tenshi A Deadly Combination of Speed and Power Matsuo threw his zanpakuto up in the air as he raised his right arm to block his counter attack. He hoped that his Hierro would hold up against his blade. Matsuo almost winced as the blade contacted his Heirro. Which held up against the blade to a certain extent. Causing him to bleed slightly. His virus was blood born and spread so Ryoko would have to be careful when touching Matsuo's blood.He then raised up his hand and caught his zanpakuto. He then thrusted it at Ryoko's chest. His Aim was off but his sword was going for his right lung. Matsuo did not feel the effects of the virus taking affect. But he would feel it here soon that much was guaranteed. He stopped for a second and noticed that there was blood on his blade. Ryoko remembered Matsuo was infect so in one swipe down the blood flew off onto the ground. After this battle Ryoko planned to burn Matsuo's body to prevent the virus from spreading. Ryoko then lunged at him once again but this time when he got close to him he wanted Matsuo to think he was going to slash him. If that happened Ryoko would fake him out and go for a stab at the heart from behind. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Challenge me and you meet death

Matsuo Tenshi A Deadly Combination of Speed and Power Matsuo glanced gingerly over at Ryoko. He did not like him being able to dodge his attacks like that. In fact he had to increase his speed to have a better chance at hitting him. Matsuo thought for a split second and knew just what to do. With a simple flick of the wrist the hand that was closest to Ryoko, which was ironic the one that did not have his zanpakuto in hand. He fired a bala at him. Now this would be rather difficult to dodge at this range. Although it would not be impossible. You would have to be really fast to dodge that. Or really powerful to escape unharmed. Which no one to Matsuo's knowledge could do. After Matsuo had launched the bala at the shinigami captain ryoko. His blade then began to turn red in color. He was channeling his reitsu into the blade. Kinda like charging a cero but into a zanpakuto. With this little technique he could enhance the power of his ceros. Although the downside of it was that it took a little bit to charge. The power increase was no where near a Gran Ray Cero in power. It could still pack a punch. OOC||14 posts

but imagining it makes it so...The Fallen Angel -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ryoko braced for impact as the bala hit his arms covering his face forcing him back again a few feet behind Matsuo. His body was slitely scorched by the nergy from it but Ryoko didn't care as long as Matuo's blood didn't fall on him. He then noticed Matuso's reiatsu as being transfered to hs sword. " A cero...?" Ryoko thought as he held out his freehand that began to generate a black aura around it and was being compressed. Ryoko as planning to use a concentrated blast of dark reiatsu at Matsuo when he will fire his cero. At that time black matter began moving towards Ryoko making the attack stronger. Ryoko stood there with the compressed dark energy gripped in his hand waiting for Matsuo to attack. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Challenge me and you meet death

Matsuo Tenshi A Deadly Combination of Speed and Power Matsuo stabbed the ground with his zanpakuto. He then used his left hand to wipe the blood from his right arm that had blocked Ryoko's previous attack. But Instead of firing a Gran Ray Cero, he wiped some of it on the blade. The blade was red but started to glow blue for a few seconds, but then it turned purple. Matsuo knew that was a side affect of the virus. It would make all energy based attacks stronger when he was still living. He picked up his sword and continued to channel reitsu into the blade. Then Matsuo suddenly lunged at him. Swinging his blade in attempt to scrape across his chest. Just causing a flesh wound. But there was more to the attack than meets the eye. The Energy would not simply release by swinging the blade. Oh no, it would have to contact something in order to release it. That is what makes it so powerful...... and potentially dangerous. OOC||13 posts......

Almost a few feet away when Matsuo came at him. Ryoko fired a concentrated blast of dark reiatsu that would either block or cancel Matsuo's sword attack. Ryoko stud there holding the blast. It was larger compared to a normal due to the added energy to it. This blast is stronger than his dark wave because the attack is fired straight on like a cero but it wasn't. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Challenge me and you meet death

Matsuo Tenshi A Deadly Combination of Speed and Power As Matsuo approached Ryoko to attack him physically. He raised up his zanpakuto and stopped, bracing his other hand at the top of the zanpakuto. The dark wave split in half when it connected with his sword. Narrowly missing him and hitting two buildings of squad 13 behind him. He Soindo to about three feet in front of him and swung his zanpakuto downward. Attempting to cut him and at the same time and harm him with the energy if it connected with Ryoko's body. The energy stored in his sword would only release if he contacted something physical. The thing about the energy is that it is different than most. His attacks have a little meaning behind him. In truth getting cut with the virus energy is like drinking the blood of the infected. Its going to infect you if you come in contact with the energy. Matsuo is not a big brute as most shinigami think. In fact he was brilliant. He just got a little carried away sometimes........ OOC||12 posts left
