It wasn't her usual heist. Normally Marie Black was robbing art galleries or jewelry stores, with the occasional museum gallery thrown in. But she was in need of a new wardrobe and so she was robbing a quaint little clothing store that happened to have a decent amount of suitable clothes.
She had just finished with the security system, a rather simple task, and had moved into the main part of the store to start gathering the clothes that she wanted. With the newly disabled security cameras and the alarm having been disconnected, Marie was free to spend as long as she wanted picking out clothes and trying them on.
"And the black one and the blue one. Oh, maybe I should try the silver one on too. It would go wonderfully with the boots I saw over on the other wall." She said out loud to herself, a bad habit she had when shopping.

It was dark out, one of Bug's favourite time day. The streets so she could, if she wanted to walk down the middle of it without worrying about cars, but she stayed on the side walk.
Bug wandered down an empty street peeking into the buildings whenever something in the window caught her eye. The winged girl just so happened upon a not so empty shop. Bug peered in watching a woman flit about looking through the clothes. She wondered what she was doing in there, was she like her?
Bug went to the door, huh, still locked. No matter, Bug pulled out her pick and released the lock with ease. She slightly opened the door and shut it behind her. Quietly, the little girl made her way through the clothes.
Bug stared at the wall of shoes and boots when the lady mentioned them.
"I like those ones" Bug commented as she pointed to a pair of knee highs.

Marie spun around to find out where the voice was coming from. She saw, standing over by the wall of shoes, a small girl with blonde hair and yellow wings. She set down the dress she had been looking at and walked over to the girl
"Hello there, how did you get in here?" Marie tilted her head as she looked at her unexpected visitor. She looked over at the boots the girl was pointing at and smiled.
"They are a very nice pair of boots. I think they have some in your size too."
Marie riffled through the boxes to find a pair of size 7's, wanting to take a pair home, and then began looking for a smaller pair that might fit the darling young girl who had found her way into the shop.

Staring, as the lady turned around quickly, she safely assumed she wasn't expected.
"Hi, Umm through the front door." She told the lady simply and smiled back.
"Mmmmhmmm. I've never worn boots before." Bug had no idea how other shops ran. She knew how the bakery worked, but not clothes shops. It never even crossed Bug's mind that the lady could have been the owner. Watching the lady do her thing was fine, Bug even stashed a bracelet off the table into her pocket while she was busy.
"My name's Bug, what's yours?" striking up casual conversation.
