~Storyline~

Mephiles the Dark has risen once again and he has a new ally....

As Sonic and the others spot Mephiles on the peak of Mt. Acropolis, they could see he had an ally: A strong sorcerer that goes by the name Aracus.
As the group rushes up the mountain to stop him, they could hear Aracus's cold, chilling voice above the hard winds, chanting an incantation:

"Let the world be upside down!
Switch everybody's soul around!
Unless they're able to make it here,
Thou art to remain in the vessel I put you in!"

After the chant, a strong wind had blown, knocking Sonic and friends off their course and off of the mountain. Mephiles had also teleported the unconsious group into a new location, far away from Mt. Acropolis!
As the heroes awoke one by one, they realize something:
They've switched bodies with one another!
Now it's the team's job to make it back to Mt. Acropolis, beat Mephiles and Aracus, and try to find a way to return to their bodies along the way.

Will the team prevail? There's only one way to find out!

Abilities - Similar to Scourge, Wave is an alternate dimensional form of Sonic. Of course, he knows of neither of them. As such, his abilities are nearly identical to Sonic's aside from a few differences.
Super Speed - Both Sonic and Wave have the natural gift of incredible speed, yet Wave doesn't exactly use it as often as Sonic does. That being said, if the two ever managed to meet and had a race, it would found out that Wave is faster than Sonic. When I say this, I mean 'just a tiny bit' faster. Pitting them against each other in a 100m dash wouldn't show much. Pit them in a 500 mile run, and Wave will probably beat Sonic only by a minuscule fraction of a second.
Ultra Speed - This is actually more of a term Wave uses than an actual ability. When Wave hits about 80% of his top speed, he moves so fast that it appears as if there are two of them. To be more specific, Wave starts at one position. In a minuscule fraction of a second, Wave appears wherever he was aiming for while the first Wave remains in its first position. Within a few seconds, the first, or 'after-image' Wave disappears. Wave can use this indefinitely until he either stops upon decision, or is forced out of it.
Water/Swimming - Whereas Sonic is somewhat afraid of water and cannot swim, Wave can and will if needed. Yes, he actually took the time to learn how to swim properly.
Attack Priority - Sonic and Wave both use their arms and legs as their priority attacks. Of course, a main difference between them is that Wave cannot use any abilities involving the Spin Dash. As such, Wave cannot jump in the air as a spiked ball form, but instead jumps straight like a normal person. Aside from that, they fight very similarly.
Infinite Spheres - Since Navelle is an alternate dimensional form of the planet Mobius, this also includes 7 mystical objects that contain unlimited power. On Navelle, they are called the Infinite Spheres and are the main power source to fuel practically anything on Navelle. With these spheres, Wave can utilize abilities that Sonic could with the Chaos Emeralds. (Note: This Ability is only applicable IF the Infinite Spheres are allowed into the RP.)
Positive/Negative Effect - Although they may be the same, using the other dimensional mystic objects is detrimental to a character. For instance, if Wave were to use the Chaos Emerald to (let's say) Chaos Control, the power will activate but Wave will come out of it damaged in some way. If he uses the Chaos Emerald too much at once, he will effectively kill himself. The same goes for Sonic, or anyone else originating from Mobius or another planet.
