Alright, so to get this guild into action, what do we need to start?
Characters:
Who survived the war?
Plot:
Well, we already know what basically is gonna start us off. Ichigo loses to Aizen and falls back into his hollow form. There's only a few survivors of the war.
Who's in charge of what:
Rounding up people to roleplay different characters?
Raising Gaia gold/cash for the guild?
Deciding the order of events in the story?
The possibility of decorating the guild? xd

I'll answer them one by one then.
Raine and I have been working on the survivors, so here's who we have to start so far. (Note: This may or may not include some video game Bleach characters.)
Rukia Kuchiki
Orihime Inoue
Yachiru Kusajishi
Hanataro Yamada
Toshiro Hitsugaya
Rangiku Matsumoto
Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck
Fujimaru Kudo
Hachigen Ushoda
Hiyori Sarugaki/Shinji Hirako (one or the other)
and Raine is trying to convince me of Gin... sweatdrop
and of course Ichigo Kurosaki

Alright so I'm gonna go ahead and start answering the next one... (Dammit Raine where are you! scream DX )
Plot
The setting is 1000 years after Ichigo lost to Aizen and fell into hollow form (everybody thinks Ichigo is dead). Rukia has remained something close to immortal thanks to the effects of the Hogyoku during the time it was in her body. Orihime (and we assume a lot of the others) has lived on through her healing ability, effectively rejecting her ability to age. I'm trying to work out the kinks for some of the others... but I'm thinking maybe ones like Yachiru or Nelliel (child form yay! XD ) would simply go through aging and be an adult later because of it (let's face it, they've got wicked spiritual power XD ). Like I said we're working out the kinks to it... Hey wait I only put in how they survived! Er... here's the next part.
The Real Plot
After escaping to the World of the Living, Rukia and the others began founding an organization (comprised of shinigami, humans, bounts, vizards, spiritually aware beings) similar to the Gotei 13. Aizen is currently ruling from Hueco Mundo over the surface of the World of the Living, what remains of Soul Society, and anything else he can get his hands on. That's all we've got so far... sweatdrop

We probably shouldn't let him or anybody besides Raine in until we can get the guild up and runnin' then. xp

AVALABLE RACES TO PICK FROM!!
Vizard: a Captain! a Vice Captain! and about 7-8 other vizards!
Arrancar: numbers 99-11!
Espada: Number's 10-0! (and i hope we can go by actual rules for them. like 0 being a master of Cero and etc etc.)
Fraccion: the numbers 99-11 that are chosen to work for the espada!
Human's: i have no idea because i hate humans!
Bount's: a leader! a vice! and about 7-8 more normal bounts!
Shinigami: the 13 squad captains and Lt.!!
AND MANY MORE!!! (much later thing im still thinking on things and stuff)
if its approved then all i have to say is this. for RPing people! we should only have 2 and only 2 Charictors!! if one dies then thats a different story (i hope). War (shinigami vs. the new Espada! Human's vs Arrancar! Bount and Quincy's Vs. Fraccion! and many more combo's in the war!!!) Romance! (ah love! who doesnt like to hold someones hand and kiss in the moonlight on the beach a light rain falling from the sky the stars clearly visable and slowly very slowly the lips meet each other. PG13!!! if your going to rock the bed make it to where it skips to the next morning or take it to the PM's!!) Drama! (whats a story without drama? like a Espada loseing all of his memory form a long deep sleep and wanting to find the love of his life again and his memories (Blut XD)!! or a vizard that just wants to fit in but cant really do it (Sai lol)!!
thats my idea. kick it to the curbe if you want but ima put up a list of known kido and stuff much later. lol i hope i can use Sai (vizard. lol he's new literaly so he doesnt have a rank other than being the old captain of squad 2 when he was a shinigami) and Blut (espada number 1 as he is in most RP's for Bleach) lol ^^ i hope i dont get in trouble -looks at Twi- Right chicky? im not in trouble am i?? right ;~;

Well, we've discussed a couple of people to roleplay as some of the canon characters (cause let's face it, if we wait till the guild starts up there is going to be one giant battle... sweatdrop )

The order of events is something that will have to be discussed among the Captain, Vice, and Crew together (i.e. The Council of Elders forum I put up)
