I just finished linking all my codes cuz I just got my collector's edition. too bad i still have to upgrade my PC though lol.
Try linking your playonline ID to your Square account, it should work, just don't create your FFXIV character until your 30day free trial is over and you're actively paying for FFXI. There does not seem to be a code to plug in for 11 to get the shoes. The internet seems to tell me as long as your playonline account is active and linked to SE at the time you create your 14 character it should give you the shoes. Can anyone who's actually got the shoes confirm or deny this?
You can also register your FFXIII to get the code for 14 before you have 14.
once you have 14 go to "select service"
https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/acctopthen link your 14 game, then the onion helm and or goggles doing the same thing again under select service. then find your 13 code and plug that in the same spot too.
