Enyo skipped along the sidewalk humming as she went. It was a beautiful day out and Mom had told her to get out and have some fun so she’d decided to head to her favourite park. Tyyne could be there! And if not it’d still be fun to play around on the swing sets for a while, it always felt kind of like flying to her. If the swings where taken and that got boring she could always catch a bus to Uncle Rhi’s café anyway, she hadn’t seen her favourite Uncle in a while he might make her pie! Smiling happy at the idea her skipping turned into a run when she saw one of the swings was free, looked like she’d have to visit Uncle Rhi later!

Bug was doing her best at the flying thing. However her last attempt didn't end well either and the sparrows laughed at her... again.
Bug pouted and latched on the one of the empty swings and plunked herself down, it took her while to get in the mood to swing.
On one side of her was and empty seat maybe she should have invited someone out to play with her. Oh well, always alone in the end. she thought to her self as she kicked her legs to and fro.

Enyo barley even stopped to look at the other person on the swing set as she jumped into the seat, wings fluttering happily as she walked backwards to give herself a good start. It was only after she’d set up a good and high rhythm that she turned her eye to the girl beside her. She slowed slightly as she saw the other girl looked a bit down, she was hardly even swinging! Brining her swing to a stop she twisted in her seat to face the girl, “Hi, I’m Enyo! You ok? You look a bit down.” She said in her frank manner.

Bug hadn't taken much notice of the girl when she had arrived beside her. But the rapid turn and firing of speech made her pay attention.
"Ah, hello, I'm Bug... and the sparrows laughed at me." she pouted and shuffled her foot in the dirt. It wasn't fair they could do it so easily and here she was bigger but no better.
Bug puffed her cheeks at her inner thoughts and swung herself hard to get lift on the swing. Bug looked back at the girl as she was sent high forward, she was pretty, and her hair had lots of colour. Being sent backward she got a view of Enyo's backside. Hey she had wings too! Her mouth gapped open in response to that sight.

Enyo was kind of surprised by the response but didn’t show it, she’d been expecting to either be ignored or given a simple answer. “You can understand the sparrows? Cool! But, laughing at people isn’t nice! Why are they doing that?” She asked in reply following the girl by turning just her head when she swung. Seeing the girl gape in her direction she quickly looked around trying to find anything odd and when she came up with nothing she asked curiously, “What is it?"

Bug shook her head, she could actually understand them she just made up in her mind what they had to say.
"They just chirp different and they do it because I'm so much bigger than they are and I still can't fly. And no it isn't nice I don't like it." reality was so unfair!
Bug watched the girl look for what was wrong with her backside as she passed by her swinging forward. When she asked Bug stopped in the middle and face her on more of and even level. "You have wings too" she told her forwardly blunt. She had met Faris, who seemed doubtful of herself that she could fly and this girl given up the ghost too?
"Do you know how to use them right?"

Oh, that was slightly less awesome. Ah well. When Bug mentioned being able to fly she finally seemed to notice the other girls wings, cool! She’d yet to meet someone outside the family with wings!
She gained a bemused look at Bug’s rather obvious statement, of course she had wings! She came from a dragon item after all. At the question of whether she could use them her face faulted slightly, pouting slightly. “Naah, Mom says my bones are too heavy for flight unless I used some kind of magic, and she should know. She’s a dragon. Though my Grandma says I have magic but I haven’t been able to find it yet.”

" I don't know much about bones. I know they can break though, it hurts, don't do it if you can avoid it." warning Enyo of a fate she knew all to well about, lucky she had Wei to heal her.
"My boss is a dragon too, she can't fly though, she can do water tricks and can heal you when you're in pain or sick."
She nodded and looked up to the sky one day I know I'll do it I just have to work harder, that's what you gotta do, "keep at it." she said the last part out loud when she realized her mistake she fixed it .
" We just have to keep at it, right?" she said with hope that the her new acquaintance would agree with her.

Enyo winced slightly at the thought of broken bones; her mom had already warned her quiet furiously after catching her climbing the barn one day. It did not sound fun at all.
Boss? Did Bug mean her Parent? “Ooo, that sounds cool, all my parents can do besides flying is breath fire and change between forms. Though they’re also vampires…” She said trailing off at the end thoughtfully as she wondered what exactly the vampirism gave them. She never really asked, it seemed like a touchy subject.
At Bug’s final statement she smiled widely, that was her kind of attitude! “Yeah! If we don’t try it’ll never be!”
Then after a second of thought on the topic she smiled slightly mischievously, “Hey maybe we could help each other!”

"Breath fire that's got to be useful!" Bug had to use sticks or a lighter if she was lucky to find one sort of full to make fire.
"What are vampires?' a new word, everyone was always so full of information these days!
Bug beamed a bit, her mood was certainly turning to the better. With a nod "Yeah that's what I keep telling myself!" Bug watched the white skinned girl's grin with mischief and Bug's followed "Okay!"

“I guess? They don’t use it much, they don’t want to burn down the house if gets away from ‘em” She said with a shrug.
At Bug’s question she blinked in surprise, that was a good question. How did you describe vampires exactly? “Vampires are, um, a type of species that spread themselves using a virus. They feed on blood, have fangs, are most usually really strong and fast and they can’t go out into strong sunlight.”
“Brilliant! So, how do you want to go about it? Maybe we can tell each other how we’ve been going about stuff?”

Really that seemed odd, if she could she'd use it all the time but the way she shrugged it off Bug had to reply in a certain way that was acceptable.
"Oh I see, I see." not really but that's what people usually wanted to hear, some sort of understanding in the least.
This time she followed up with a nod.
A virus? So her family was sick? That's no good and they even had trouble going outside! Bug was thankful that Enyo wasn't sick too, she was nice.
"Hmm well I climb trees for better lift, I can just flutter a bit. What I do before leaping is a tuck my legs in and then I just jump and flap my wings them nice and hard." she had watched the birds do this and since that's what her wings were like that must have been the right way for her to do.
Bug stared at Enyo waiting on her insight.
