Complete darkness engulfed the large man made cavern that had become a hideout for a large group of homeless men and women due to the lack of supervision this far away from Suna. Though, if one were to try hard enough they would be able to find a torch laying in the middle of the path leading deeper and deeper into the cave.

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

As Ryumon walked along silently he could help but be a little concerned about the darkness and quiet within the inner area of this cave. While he knew he should trust his comrades he also knew that every shinobi had limits and no matter how well one sense are they can be fooled none the less.
He couldn't help but wonder if the enemy could hide them selves from Kyou's ability. Nothing in the shinobi world is truly impossible. His father would often say "Even and absolute defense is only absolute until the user's energy is gone."
Ryumon looked around in the darkness as best he could as they walked keep his eyes out for anything that might be a threat or anything that be useful in there mission, such as marking that might help them find there way or even a torch.
....In this darkness that's was we really need...though in the end it might only give away our position to enemies waiting to ambush us.....he though with a half smirk as he kept his hands together in his sleeves ready to form seals at the slightest hint of trouble, while at the same time keeping his intentions concealed from enemy eyes.

-------------- Kazeryu Akira -------------- "Even the most gentle wind Can become a great hurricane" Akira was used to the darkness, since he usually used it to his advantage in battle. However, every human needed some light in order to be able to see, and this place was almost pitch black. He knew that carrying a light themselves would just get them spotted, what they needed was to find some kind of light source inside of the cave. That way they wouldn't be giving away their position and could have the element of surprise. As he continued moving forward, Akira spotted a torch, his dark-attuned eyes the only thing that let him see it. "I found a torch here...but I'm not sure if we should use it. If we light it, we'll be able to see, but we'll also attract attention like a beacon. And who's to say it isn't a trap?"Akira looked at the thing considering their options. If they wanted to maintain the element of surprise while being able to see, the best way he could see would be for someone to hold the torch while the others stayed away from them in the shadows. He would do it, but the only problem was he couldn't hold the torch and maintain his barrier, it would either be blown out by the wind or carried by the wind and end up hurting him. But taking risks so that your teammates could be protected was the Kazeryu way. "Okay guys, stand back..."Akira lifted the torch with his barrier still intact. If there was no trap connected to it, Akira would drop his barrier and light the torch. "I'll hold the torch so you two can see. Both of you stay in the shadows so you can get the drop on anyone targeting me."As long as all three of them weren't in the light, which ever ones that were hidden in the darkness would still have the advantage, and he, holding the torch, could act as a lure to bring enemies into their range.

As soon as Akira picked up the would be torch a small click could be heard somewhere in the distance that started another series of clicks all around the sand ninja. A trap had been triggered, but what was going to happen? The question would soon be answered in the appearance of what appeared to be a steel wall that separated Kyou from Akira and Ryumon. Also with the wall a pit opened up underneath the kunoichi's feet that seemed to twist and turn instead of drop, more like a transporting tube. However, it appeared as if Ryumon and Akira would have to continue without Kyou if they wished to complete the mission.

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon turned around and out of instinct tried to insert his chakra into the wall but realizing that even if he could move it it would drain his chakra to rock ********!" he exclaimed through gritted teeth."What do we do sensei...?" he asked Akira trying to divert attention from his explitive as most people scolded him for using such language at his age.

-------------- Kazeryu Akira -------------- "Even the most gentle wind Can become a great hurricane" It seemed like these people were hell bent on keeping them separated. Akira shook his head; he should have expected that kind of trap. He could only hope that Kyou would be okay. "...There's no way back, all we can do is keep moving forward. All I can say is be careful. I'll draw any enemies towards me because of the light, you use the shadows to hour advantage and dispatch them as they try to attack me."Akira knew it would probably be smarter to have Ryumon hold the torch and him protect from the shadown, but he wasn't about to risk a new genin like that. If something unexpected were to happen, he would rather it happen to him. Also, he trusted Ryumon to be able to defend him well enough. "Alright, here we go..."Akira lit the torch, bathing himself in the orange light while keeping Ryumon in the darkness. The trap may have worked in their favor in a single way, if the enemies believed that Ryumon and Kyou both had fell, they would be expecting Ryumon to be in the shadows even less than before. Akira started to head forward at a decent pace, being mindful of whatever surroundings he could see in by the torchlight.

The boys would quickly hear the sound of a whistle going off and the unanimous sigh of men moving around several people deeper in the cave. However, the sounds seemed to be disappearing, however, their grouped footsteps could be heard several meters below their own position, the cave must go pretty far.

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon move silently in the shadows with his hands in his sleeves forming a seal for housenka and keeping the technique ready intending to wait for Akira to use a wind technique.....then there enemies would get really "warm" greeting.
He also inserted some chakra into 10 of his kunai in preparation for something special...just in case.

-------------- Kazeryu Akira -------------- "Even the most gentle wind Can become a great hurricane" "I don't know exactly what that whistle was, but we're getting closer to some people. Stay on alert."Akira started moving a bit faster as he went down the hall. He knew that there could be traps, but he didn't want anything to befall Kyou or Seki, or the team members that were still outside. They needed to hurry; Akira was confident enough in his ability to evade any trap that was sprung or at least survive it.

While the two sand ninja stayed in their spots the pitterpatter of feet quickly stopped as the men left the area.

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."
Ryumon waited trying to listen for any further indication of anyone near by keeping his attacks prepared. He waited in silence for Akira to give the next order so as not to give away his position to any listening ears.
He took the time to prepare exploding tags on his kunai in case a quick escape was needed and the had to block off tunnels on their way out. ...these might make a good bluff too...

As the boys would continue through the tunnel they would continually find several well lit areas with several tables and chairs, almost as if it was a home to the people here and not so much a hideout. "We would like to welcome several new members to our cause! Everyone let's hear it for Ito and Akeru Sukami, welcome them to our ranks as we prepare to take on the tyrant!" A loud voice announced throughout the cave which was followed by the muffled applause from deep within the cave.

-------------- Kazeryu Akira -------------- "Even the most gentle wind Can become a great hurricane" Akira could only raise an eyebrow to what he had heard. He could have sword those names were Akeru and Ito. What's this about new members? I know Akeru isn't at her most stable point, but why would she and Ito join this group? And who is this tyrant they're talking about?Akira could only make assumptions at this point, but he knew it didn't change what he and Ryumon had to do. He gave Ryumon a single hand signal, telling him to keep silent and continue moving forward. If they could hear these people, then they would be able to hear them too if they made too much noise. As soon as he would be able to see the light from where these people were gathered, he would put out his torch and continue forward in the darkness. Remaining undetected was the only thing that would give them the advantage in this situation.

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

With out a another word Ryumon fell silent. A protest, ready to burst forth, now fell silent upon his lips.
His heart screamed .....Fight them!....Stop them!....Save your comrades...... but those passionate pleas for justice fell upon the deaf ears of his logic.
.....there is only the mission.....
"Understood Sensei...." he said the eager song of youth now gone from his voice. In it's place was a frail whisper of a voice and calm and undiscerning as the desert winds themselves, for as those winds may become the furious gales of a sandstorm so to was this calm veiling death for those caught within. There was only cold detachment and death with his mind.
.....Such is the path of the shinobi.....he thought as he moved onward wrapped in the shadows of Akira's wake.

As the two male shinobi made their way through the cave they would find themselves in a large open room with what appeared to be a single door on the far end. If the boys were to look slightly to the right they would see something out of place, a small pad that acted as a security measure, a password protected area. Just below the pad was a note with a sort of hint on it to remind the members of the password should they forget it.
"Treat your men as you would your own beloved ____. And they will follow you into the deepest valley."
It looked to be a four letter word and the pad seemed to be waiting for an entry, as if it knew the boys were there.
