It's hard to tell because your avatar isn't exactly matching. I'd say you need something on your ankles but I believe that body modification doesn't allow items over it.
Other than that, 90% of your avatar is a set. That usually isn't very well accepted by other users. Was that intended?

It is very difficult to accessorize around body-mod items. It looks like you would do well with some extra items equipped, especially if you want to keep using a full set of the leopard fur items: a shirt and belt, some ear phones or horns, and definitely like dreamish said something around the ankles. If you want a similar look but more flexibility try some white tights from the gold shop and then a pair of foot-mod heels like Audrey's strap heels. That will give you a similar 'dainty-foot' look but allow for anklets and pant/short layers.
