I just got a new PSM and it says:
1. No hd, it's actually upgradable memory cardie stickie things.
2. Price = confirmed to be no more than $399. surprised
3. Unlike the 360, it still works just as good on a normal TV than an HDTV (woohoo!) because the devolpers are really actually making their games 720p. Good for those poor people. ^^
4. Wifi: Can connect to PSP ad hoc style or connect to a wireless router; it can't be one itself, the price would be too high.
All I have to say is: hooray!

If this is true, and I hope it is, we can expect the PS3 to surely outsell the 360 by hellalots. I'd like to hear it from one of the major gaming sites, though...
Where'd the mag say the source was from? Sony itself?

Guns Of War No more than $399. So, I wonder if it will be less. Apparentely "it would be suicide if they had it for more than 400"

Pretty sure; it might have said 500. Oh, and the blueray is hella expensive, but Sony's willing to sacrifice. I don't think these will be more than 60, like the Xbox 360.

I really hope its an afforadble price since its more powerful than the xbox..common think about it..why choose blue ray and why xbox choose dvd-rs still?

So does this mean there will be no hard drive what so ever? or will it come later, cause ive been nearing something about an external hard drive

I find it hard to believe that it won't have a HDD. Cause isn't the PS3 HDD supposed to support Linux?

The PS3 will have a hard drive, I'm sure, it'll just be purchased seperately.
