▶Colorist: Ririka▶Name: Lucasta Latt▶Sex: Female▶Stage: New patient▶Race: LampadeThe Lampads or "Lampades" (Greek: Λαμπάδες) are the nymphs of the Underworld in Greek mythology. Companions of Hecate, the Greek titan goddess of witchcraft and crossroads, they were a gift from Zeus for Hecate's loyalty in the Titanomachy. They bear torches and accompany Hecate on her night-time travels and hauntings. Some accounts tell of how the light of the Lampads' torches has the power to drive one to madness.
▶Powers: Ability to produce a small sphere of light, that causes uneasiness for anyone else to look at.
Limited to setting onlookers on edge and making their thought process a bit irrational at this stage. Depending on how long they've been looking, another patient might start to 'see things' and become highly paranoid.
It's not uncommon to see shadows cast by the light moving when they shouldn't be. Although that might just be in your head...▶Mental Health: It's a challenge trying to decide if she's truly insane, and not just the way she is naturally. She tends to experience wide mood swings, and move rapidly from one thought to another without proper cause. She's a bit sadistic, and laughs at the idea of terrified patients and being able to hurt others.
She experiences an almost-phobic response to being placed in a brightly lit environment.▶Room Mate: None, unless she crawls into someone's room unannounced.

...Otherwise, look out for phantom lights in the hallways. A lack of permanent room means that she is constantly moving.

02 ▶Age: She looks mid- or late twenties, but it's not easy to assume something like that with a non-human.▶Height: 6'4▶Weight: Appears quite underweight, but she isn't volunteering a number.▶Body type: Skeletal, with lanky limbs and sharp joints around every corner.
Small bust and average, bony hips.▶Hair: A faded, rusty 'dry blood' color. Straight bangs above strange dot eyebrows,
and cut at sharp angles around her face. The rest is an indeterminate length,
as it is piled and weaved into a nest on top of her head.▶Eyes: Completely yellow, and always glowing. Her pupils are tiny pinpricks,
as if she's permanently staring into a very bright light. Deep, black bags underneath.▶Skin: Sick, corpsey-green that darkens in places all across her body like horrific bruises.
Blends to black at her hands and feet. ▶Clothing: A tiny black one-piece and little else, including a tight black neck corset.
Her collection of skeletal accessories seems to be expanding -
a crown of animal skulls, bone anklets, some sort of earring...▶Other: She's got two straight horns on either side of her head that are similar in color to her skin.
Her teeth are all sharpened to needle-like points.

being the only light in the dark, anything in stages of decay▶Dislikes: Bright obnoxious light that isn't hers, vibrant life,
order, rationality, overthinking things, anyone touching her belongings▶Friends:▶Enemies:▶Orientation: Unknown▶Personality: Mad as a hatter. Her social skills have deteriorated along with her morality,
and she spends all her time crawling along the darkest halls of the asylum and staring point-blank into her own light.
When faced with interaction, she has a tendency to pace circles around the other person and stay uncomfortably close.
She's known to reach out and touch without any warning, and only finds immense humor in anyone getting sliced by one of her claws.
Her fascination with skeletons and bone structure seems to border on obsession, since her occasional 'touchy feely' moments
tend to be her running a finger along someone's spine, or commenting wistfully that the sound of snapping bones is unmatched in beauty.
Uncontrollable anger and violence is displayed if anyone tries to touch or remove any of her skeletal jewelry pieces.▶Background: She seems to have snuck in.

▶Powers:
Thundershock: Can focus to generate enough electricity in his body to either create a single bolt, or to temporarily charge himself in order to discourage someone from coming near him. Has to wait for awhile in between serious uses, and can become exhausted if he continuously tries to. Others who are on the receiving end of this power may be stunned for a few moments, depending on how badly they were hit.
Agility: He can relax himself and become much lighter on his feet, making his movements and running speed increase while in effect. Will tire out faster than normal if he's consistently using this ability.▶Traits:
Quick Feet: If he's in the process of being harmed through another person's powers - such as poison, burning, or sleep inducing - he becomes slightly quicker if he needs take off running to try and lose the attacker. This is only helpful to a certain extent, for example it's only a matter of time before the affects of whatever damage he's taken causes him to collapse into the floor.
Volt Absorb: Regenerates some energy if he comes into contact with an outside form of electricity, though a straight out attack from a stronger source will override this benefit.
He also has slightly more acute senses than a normal human might.▶Mental Health: TBA▶Room Mate: None

03 ▶Likes: Thunderstorms, having time to himself, intelligent people, running▶Dislikes: Being asked to charge phones.
Also, getting punched when he refuses to do it. (He also hates being crowded, pestered, or otherwise bothered by people).▶Friends:▶Enemies:▶Orientation: Seems pretty straight, but he doesn't talk much about it.▶Personality: Is a little bit hot headed, with a quick temper that goes off frequently but is easily cooled. You could almost say that he's over-emotional with how he can get angry and calm down so quickly, but there could be worse things.
Elliot is otherwise fairly friendly and easy to get along with, but doesn't like to get crowded with other people - especially if they have enthusiastic personalities. He has a low tolerance for people being stupid and will be more inclined to ditch if someone is getting on his nerves that way.
His words can be kind of blunt but generally aren't meant to offend. Elliot also harbors a small soft spot for the patients who aren't all right in the head, as long as they're peaceful. He is more likely to stand up for one of them than he is for someone that has all their wits about them. ▶Background: TBA

03 ▶Likes: Receiving compliments, hearing about drama, being a good example, anything that glows, romance novels. ▶Dislikes: Anyone who thinks she's fake, getting snubbed, foul language...she isn't fond of kids, either.▶Friends:▶Enemies:▶Orientation: She flirts blatantly with men, but seems scared to commit to anything. Appears to have more respect for women?▶Personality: Candice comes off as a flake.
She seems to be torn with what she wants from people and can fancy somebody one minute, and be bored the next. She also has an issue with being two-faced in a way that she presents herself differently when in the company of either gender.
For women, Candice acts much more put-together and even a bit modest. She plays the part of a bashful schoolgirl and might fish for more compliments while waving them off, and never be able to talk to that boy she likes.
However...in the presence of just men, she seems to be far less concerned with modesty and flirts up a storm. It doesn't matter if the guy has a girlfriend or not, as long as she isn't caught, she will flirt with him. She seems to like all boys.▶Background: TBA

It reaches past his shoulders, and has two red streaked sections on either side of his face. ▶Eyes: Bright red, often with kind of half-lowered lids. You can really tell what he's thinking by how his eyes are behaving.▶Skin: On the darker side of Caucasian, sun roasted to a kind of reddish tan. He has a thin, scrawling tattoo of roses up his left forearm; white tattooed bands are around his ankles, fingers, collarbones, and chest. He has a sort of 'heroic' streak running through him that makes him want to protect everyone.▶Friends:▶Enemies:▶Orientation: TBA▶Personality: Is rather laid-back most of the time, and likes making jokes about people whether
he thinks they'll find them funny or not. Is generally difficult to frazzle since he isn't easily intimidated,
and has faith in his own strength - however, if you do manage to make him mad, it's next to impossible to control his rage.
On a lighter note, he loves kids. He likes that they have a more positive outlook on things and want to play.
