Very interesting indeed...It's pretty much all members from Nega.

Vocals: 春人 (Haruto) || Jin from ネガ (Nega)
Guitar: 狛 (Koma) || SAN from ネガ (Nega)
Bass: 如月洸一郎 (Kisaragi Kouichirou) || Ray from ネガ (Nega)
Drums: 宙宇介 (Yuusuke) || Yu from ネガ (Nega)
They’ll release their first single called 「ＨＥＡЯＴＺ」on November 3rd in two types:

TYPE A:
1. HEART
2. MINDLESS
TYPE B:
1. HEART
2. 瞋恚の炎 (Shini no Honoo)

It's in the new items, and yea i believe this would be there alter ego band, But They are still Nega, No word of disbandment, Just on Pause.
