The workshops are located here. Can find lots of different things here from jewlery that is more fine and delicate than anything a Dwarf can make, Cloths that will never wrinkle or fade and feel like nothing, many objects of simplistic beauty.
The few non-elves that are allowed trading permits can be found selling their wares here.
