L0cke Hey everyone :3~ For the next week we are holding a special event called The Trial of Ian! The Trial of IanBelow, I'll quote the NPC Cindy Donovinhs explanation of the event. For the first time ever, you the Gaia Members will decide the fate of an NPC on Gaia! Here's how it will work. Over the next few days, you will be able to witness the trial of Ian right here in this forum in the Trial of Ian Sticky thread. New Testimonies and Cross Examinations will be added every day. On the weekend, you will be able to vote in a poll whether you think Ian is guilty or innocent. This poll will last 5 days and then we will go into a deliberation period where all of the votes will be tallied. IAN's fate lies in your hands! Have fun! Please note: there are no items associated with this event, but instead the fate of one of Gaia's NPCs hangs in the balance. We have read some skeptical posts from some members so far, suggesting that the trial is rigged and a predetermined verdict has already been decided. This is totally untrue. We are in fact leaving this verdict completely up to members. This is a new kind of event for Gaia and we really hope members can enjoy new levels of participation as everyone actually steers the course of Gaias history together ^^ I'm not sure what I'm going to vote yet.. I feel bad for Ian of what happend with Gino xp Gino kinda creeps me out.... Big Yellow eyebrows.... Like Rock Lees off Naruto -shivers- and she finds that guy cute? shes got promblems I tell ya xp

Personally I have loved Ian from the biging of Gaia when his was the only store.. And I will stand by him.. Tough Gino is good looking (I love rock lee) I like his hair and I think Sasha and him would work out. I an needs a girl who will stay lyal like Moria. (I think she has a secret crush on Ian.. )
I am going to open a chat thread for this in the trial room. Be back when it is done..

Hmm...I'm going to watch the trial a little bit more before I decide whether or not Ian is guilty...
I'd like to think Ian is a good man...but I don't really know him...he's been wronged, but there are laws....
However, I don't think he should be lost as an NPC.

DON'T THROW HIM IN JAIL! cry I don't want Ian to leave me...vote innocent! *begins to howl* Oiy, Ian might be crazy, but he's a harmless guy. If you have to lock him up, make it in the insane asylum. At least there he'll get help, the cry baby'll be worse if he's behind bars with the freaks who have been alone for waaaay too long...Don't let him go to jail. Vote innocent. Or, go for the insanity plea. He's strange enough without real criminal influence. Ian is a responsible man! I wouldn't trust a man who could be cable of criminal activity with my Peyo! He'd never do anything like this, not even to someone he dislikes! Besides...I'm positive I saw some evidence out there that pointed to that brute bodyguard of Gino's, Bruno... Ian is a man of integrity and of intellegence. If he honestly wanted to take down Gino Gambino, he wouldn't do something as crude as arson. He's better than that, and you all know it. MsLadyBug Bucho..... Hmmmmmm... I think he is involved..!!! MsAmyBug I think Geebus and Bucho are in on whatever it is together. Or they both know something.
I do not have a set opinopn, but I do like Ian, and I hope he is inocent.. I will miss him if he leaves Gaia... He was the first shop I saw when I first joine years ago.. So I kinda feel loyal to him.. MsAmyBug anguls kushinoda do discusse any theories you might have or evidence you think i left out
frankly i could really care less rather he did it or not, but if you have to look at the facts then look at it this way (this is goin based on since i joined gaia)
now keep all of this in mind as well:
1) both the von helson sisters, as well as jonny gambino are missing and pressumed dead, and theres not enough evidence to say if they are alive or dead
2) before the fire ian had a container for medication that was ginos, and said it was the proof he needed to prove something, since he never said what it would prove
3) at every event, be it the xmas, halloween, easter or what not there is always a shadowed figure moveing around
now as for the shadowed figures:
1) you have the one that had the elftech like outfit on
2) you had the one that shot jonny gambino on his tower
3) and you the labtech x who not only released the grunnies, but took the vial
now for side facts:
1) gino who was thought to have been crushed and burnt by the rumble of the mansion is in fact alive with no scars and even longer hair then before ????
2) no one was concered with who set the fire so much as they were concered with getting out of there
3) when ian came out with sasha no one bothered to help him, and that he was completely upset that gino died, partly cause he gave his life to see sasha made it out alive
evidence:

anguls kushinoda if you read through every jouranl for the elftechs, as well as read the questing for the trial, you would be able to note taht there were a few odd things that happened
elftech info: 1) an elftech that saw santa said he was dead 2) the elftech that said santa was dead also climed to see a grunny run off 3) an elftech recived a green vial, rather it was the zombie or the cure who knows 4) a elftech said that there was no way they could have made a new mech-santa suit so fast 5) a elftech was killed 6) the magicen elf was hideing there as a elftech (reason unknown) 7) the mechines there kept breaking cool there was something that caused the alarm to go off leaveing 2 elfgaurds dead 9) mrs claus was acting odd the whole time 10) the elftechs where all knocked out before bein taken to s corp 11) after the event was done all elftechs oddly died (cause unknown) 12) most of the elftechs seemed to be a little mentaly unstable
trial info:
Not Guilty, The hard evidence: Ian could not get into the back exit to start the fire. In the flim It skips directly from 10:31 to 10:33. In the comic Ian was looking through a nine panaled window. In the film Ian was looking through a four panneled window. The fire originated inside the building. In the film the fire was out side the fire could not have yet spread to the out side by that time. The pill bottal was melted and the finger print would have not lasted in the flames. Ian dropped the pill bottal by the FRONT door not the BACK
Not Guilty, the situational evidance: Ian loved sasha and was her friend he would not put her in danger for some silly revenge. Ian did not have rufus with him at the time and if i may quote, "Rufus is to Ian as hair is to your head" Geebus was punched by Ian but not hard enough to break his jaw and Ian did not punch him in the eye. If Geebuses Jaw was wired he would not be able to talk When the 'bot pointed out the security problems Bucho went into an absolute RAGE and tried to kill the bot When Geebus was testifing he was talking in first persn and the Pbot was okay, when he was talking to the Dbot he was speaking in third person and caused it to short Cuircut
Guilty, The hard evidance: Exibit A shows someone who looks like ian peering through a window.[DICREDITED] Exibit B shows a pill bottle with his thumb print [DICRETITED]

MsAmyBug marcphoe i like how you are displaying, pointing out, and carefullying analisying the evidence yes it seems Ian is being framed for this inicendent. i hope the trail reveals that it was the security guy or maybe even Jeebus  Love the banner..!!! marcphoe  made this for you ^_^ hope you like it, it also has the new icon of Ian, from his trail MsAmyBug Thank you, Your Awesome, I have been looking all over for a good one..!!!
