Red Badger Lane
The cheerfully maintained yards on Red Badger Lane attracts all kinds of wild animals, including rabbits. Residents are prone to tromping outside at all hours in all states of dress to shoo them away.

*Bounces along the neatly organized flower beds, rocking out to her iPod; pauses, glancing around, noticing a majority of the windows along the street are dark - families out to enjoy the afternoon's sunny warmth*
Huh.
*Looks down at the flowers speculatively, a gust of wind rustling them*
Huh.
*Looks up, her eyes trailing the metal gutter pipes that trail the brick wall of one of the houses, leading up to the sloped roof; takes off at a run - jumping several clusters of flowers - and catching a bracket fastening the pipe, grunting inelegantly while hoisting herself up. She uses uneven bricks and window ledges to crawl up to the roof*

*Watches the blond before following after her, going at a run and jumping at one of the gutters, silent as he pulls himself and settles in a crouch on the edge of the roof just behind her*

*Jumps when she hears his voice, wobbling a little before she manages to catch her balance; scowls* There's a video of you and Jamie getting up on this same stupid roof.
*Draws in a breath, thinking, then draws her shades down and sighs out* <******** off.
*Runs and jumps onto the next roof, displacing a loose shingle and having to grab the chimney to keep from toppling back*

*Arches an eyebrow, but feels compelled to follow after her for some reason, boots thudding as he lands beside her*

*Races across the roof at a run, dodging metal fixtures and ducking beneath a low-slung power line, throwing her arms out as she jumps for the next roof* Maybe I have my period! *Swings around the slumped chimney and keeps running*

*Follows her, the ease and grace of his movements almost frightening as he gets up behind her, wrapping strong arms around her tiny frame to keep her from slipping from the next roof*

*Soft blue-charmed eyes fly open, shock startling her sunglasses free; they clatter noisily to the roof as she instinctively writhes in his embrace*

*Smirks, looking down at her as he keeps her held to his chest, feeling her heart hammering, the sound pounding in time with the blood rushing through his head*

Promise. *Agrees, but growls, something flickering in his eyes, something dark and hungry before he closed them and turned his face away to try and breathe again*

Head's fuzzy... *Shakes his head and shifts her so he's hefted her up bridal style* And these aren't our houses, Lil.
Gotta respect that. *Steps off the roof, careful not to jostle her too much or squash any of the flowers below.*
