|Jounin| Medic|True Souseki Fuuin Holder| As the two arrived there at the Ramen shop, the Owner greeted Kakouton with a hearty 'Hello' when he sat down. He was exalted here at this shop. This place was the spot he came to everyday as a kid and luckily it was the one of the lucky few buildings still left standing. "Everything on the list as usual." Kakouton said with a a smile on his face as the owner gave him the thumbs up sign. "Your gonna love the food," He told Amara as he winked at her. Total Chakra:400

Amara wandered in after Kaku and sat down beside him. She lifted her head up and began to look at her surroundings. This place looked really nice. She hadn't been here before because it always looked crowded to her. But she did notice when Kaku was treated almost like royalty.
"Do you come here often Kaku? I've noticed that places are often a lot nicer to the people who come in every day and spend a lot of money. I've never been here before because it always looked crowded to me. But I can't wait to try the food!" The woman smiled and tilted up her mask slightly. Of course all he would be able to see was a full view of her nose. The muzzle of the skull was very long, so she had to tilt it up. Otherwise she wasn't going to be able to eat.

|Jounin| Medic|True Souseki Fuuin Holder| Kakouton leaned his back on the chair and put his hands behind his head. "Yes, I used to come here alot during my childhood. As a matter of fact I used to come here every two days to eat here. Sometimes, If I was feeling lucky I got meals for free. On the house. The food here was always the best," He bragged about the place. "I was surprised to see it was one of the few places left standing when Kumo was decimated," He said picking up one of the toothpicks and started to chew on it. Kakouton watched Amara as she lifted up her mask slightly and he titled his head trying to peer under it, while trying to make it unnoticable, but he could only see her nose and eventually gave up. The white haired woman turned and looked to Kaku as he spoke about fond times that he had at this place. Of course, he talked about the war again. Of course, Amara had no idea what this war had been about anyway. And instead of staying ignorant. She decided to ask. "Kaku, what was the war about? I mean...I hear Rock was destroyed too. Do you know why they went to war? Or is it classified information or something?"
She leaned back in her seat as well. Mimicing his pose just for the hell of it. She smiled innocently at him as she did so as well. Acting much like a child at the moment, but having fun anyway.

|Jounin| Medic|True Souseki Fuuin Holder| Kakouton's smile turned into a face of no expression as Amara had asked him to tell her about it. Of course it was classified information, and he was specifically told, not to mention anything about the war to his students, by the Raikage himself. But Kakouton had faith in this student. That she would go foaming at the mouth to someone else about it. If she did, her Mentor would have some serious consequences to face. "It is classified, but I will tell you why we and Iwa were attacked. It is because we had grown just as powerful as Konoha, and of course they didn't like that. They used some bullshit story to use so they could just attack us. We new nothing of this. Thats why we were destroyed so easily." Kakouton explained in detail, taking a breath as he finished with the small story about why Kumo was attacked. He didn't go into any further detail because he could only think about what the Raikage would do to him if he told Amara about why her name was 'Number Nine.' Total Chakra:400

"Oh..." Was all Amara said. After Kaku told her the story, she wasn't sure what else she could say. The female just pondered over this as she looked around at the people who were eating. It seemed like a horrible thing to do to a village just because they became powerful. did no one ever think of the innocent lives that would be slaughtered?
"that's really sad.." She put her hands in her lap and lowered her head. "I can't believe someone would make up a story like that just to attack a village...It's simply horrible..And it's a horrible story to make up too.."

|Jounin| Medic|True Souseki Fuuin Holder| Kakouton had no emotion in his face. Masaru Senju, the Hokage at the time, was the one who called for the destruction of both Kumo, and Iwa. He was a heartless person, so he was told. Kakouton didn't know the man personally. He didn't actually know how the man was. If he had a chance to, he would kill Masaru and make Konoha suffer just like his village, his home, did.
The food had arrived the Owner put several bowls and plates of food infront of Amara and himself. "It's an awful story. I don't believe I should of even told you," The young man regretted but it was too late. "I don't know whats swirling around in your head at this very moment now," He said as he picked up his chopsticks and picked them apart. He then blessed the food infront of him. Then said "Itadakimasu" very blandly. Total Chakra:400

Amara's attention was drawn away from Kaku and towards the food that was put down. She still hadn't really grasped how to bless the food since...well..she never ate with anyone but herself. So the woman just started digging in and eating. And this girl could eat. Hell, she ate as if she hadn't done so in years! In two seconds, about three plates had been cleaned off. There was no speck of food remaining on them, and she went in for more since Kaku had ordered so much.
"Delicious!" Amara managed to say in between the act of eating and swallowing. "I've never had such delicious food before! Most of the stuff I eat is just some soup in a cup! It's not bad, but it's so bland compared to all this!" And she continued going. Now the question came to mind of where she was putting it all. Of course, there were only two options where that could be...Her bust, and her rear end.

He laughed hysterically and as he did thought how such a petite girl could eat so much. "Where is all that going?" He asked as he still chuckled wiping the tears from his eyes as he started to eat his own food. Total Chakra:400

"Ah...Going?" Amara blinked and stopped eating. She looked to Kaku and wondered why he was laughing. Of course, when she looked down she saw that he was still on the same plate of food while she was on her...15th! Her cheeks flushed red with embarassment and she immediately dropped the fork. Her entire face seemed to get very red from said embarassment.
"Ah! I'm so sorry! It's just that I've never tasted such delcious food before! It's been so long since I've had such a good meal that I guess I really didn't want it to stop..." She lifted her hands up and poked her two index fingers together. "S..Sorry...I didn't realize how much I had eaten..."

"It's quite alright," He said as his laghing ceased and he started to jab his chopsticks into a piece of teriyaki. "It seems you like the food. I'll bring your here whenever you want to come," He said as he then brought the piece of meat up to his mouth and clamped down on it with his teeth, then chewed it and swallowed. Kakouton then looked at Amara with a smile on his face. Total Chakra:400 h

Amara smiled and laughed a little as she looked to Kaku. "Thank you. I guess I'm going to need to find a way to repay you for such kindness then!" Her smile was cheerful, but now that she had stopped eating she realized just how full she was. Instead she decided to sip at her tea. "Ah..Kaku, can you tell me what the new Raikage is like? I'm afraid I haven't really met him yet. I've only seen him a couple times through the window of his office. Is he a nice person?"
She seemed quite curious. Of course most anyone who hadn't met him surely would be. So it seemed like an innocent and natural question.

|Jounin| Medic|True Souseki Fuuin Holder| Kakouton paused for a moment thinking about the new question. "Mika-kun is a nice person, he's rarely seen without a smile on his face. It's very hard to make him mad. I only remember one time that he got mad, and of course it was at me," Kakouton smiled as he remembered the old days when the Jounin was in Mikadzuki's squad. "I was in his squad when he was a Chuunin and I was still a Genin. He had given us strict orders to stay indoors for the day, and to not come out until 12:00 midnight. He had a stoic expression on his face. We were Genin, we didn't know any better. Or atleast I did, but chose to disobey his orders. So I snuck outside with the rest of my Squad and went to the training grounds where he usually was," Kakouton paused remembering the childhood memories, as he was quite fond of them especially this one for some odd reason. "Well to sum it all up, he wanted to surprise me with something because it was my birthday and I was turning 13. When he saw me before midnight, he flipped and punched me in the face, hard, and yelled 'You know I'm no good with giving anybody a good present,'. So I got two presents; a slug to to the face and a locked with a picture of the whole squad. But jeez, how could anyone get that mad over a surprise present? To this day he will still never tell me exactly what he meant." Kakouton ran his fingers through his locks after finishing telling the story. He pulled out the locket and flipped it open so that Amara could see. Total Chakra:400

(Sorry I haven't posted in days. Work and then being tired doesn't exactly make me want to post a whole lot. But I took a nap today so..Hurray!)
Amara listened to Kaku's story and just smiled. He had such wonderful memories. She wished that she had memories she could reflect on like that. But she really didn't. There were no warm fuzzy feelings that came to her when she thought of the past. The only things that still remained were a few Finnish songs she knew by heart. But the female didn't know why she knew them, or how she understood the language. That was all because she didn't even know what race she was. It was a perplexing way to live.
"That's such a cute story! It must be a fond memory that you have Kaku. You speak so cheerfully when you tell it. But it's good to know that the Raikage is a nice person. If he's nice then he must look over this village with endearing eyes and a caring heart. It's so wonderful."
