You quest MUST be approved before you try for a custom or a bribe slot. No non-approved quests will be accepted as a custom or a bribe.
Custom pricing is as follows:
Semi custom Lunarians (meaning you give Toa the basics, nothing detailed, and leave a lot of it up to artistic freedom) are a flat price of 800k. Before you argue that that's too high, remember these are high quality, four stage characters, and that bribes are usually much, much higher.
Full custom Lunarians are 1mil+, depending on how detailed you want them to be.
Toa will be choosing who to accept herself, as many or as few as she likes. DO NOT PRESSURE HER IN ANY WAY, PLEASE.
For quests, this should give you guys enough time to look over your quests and get them updated / critiqued / accepted, if need be. That being said, do not hound people for critiques. Asking once or twice in the thread is fine, but don't continually bring it up in every post or ask people multiple times if they'll critique for you. Also, please try not PM people for critiques. If they offer, then that's fine, but don't randomly PM people unless they've specifically mentioned it before.
