I forgot my password to my main so EARLY this morning I sent a forgot password request. Hours and hours and two more requests sent later, I STILL have not recieved an e-mail from Gaia!
I WANT ON MY MAIN DANGIT! scream

I STILL haven't gotten an e-mail! They need to focus less on money and more on customer satisfaction and service!

Me too. I STILL haven't gotten an e-mail from the. I cleared my spam folder before I sent the request to make sure I'd see it if it came and nothing! Little bastards! stressed

It is now over 24 hours later and still no e-mail to reset my password. I know for a fact that my main account is linked to that particular e-mail especially since I just recieved a Gaia Alerts e-mail.

Did you try changing your password Via Email? thats what i did when I got hacked
