The thing about parasitic worms is that they have specific parts they like messing with.
-Some don't care where they end up if for example they could just poke through your skin when you're in the water and spread their eggs like that.
oh, and your answer: The thing about these parasitic worms is that they know how to cheat your immune system into thinking they're a part of you so they don't get bothered. -and they can survive even the acid in your stomach (most of the ones that go there anyways) -our insides are pretty tame unfortunately -we don't bleed strong acids or anything sad .. so they just wander and mess around in there.
