 "Hey! Fuma, Wutai, Tanto! Hurry it up!" The champion of the earth and the sky. The conqueror of evil. The single white rose of Wutai, Yuffie Kisaragi, was already barking out orders into the afternoon air. 'Hmph. Those kids better hurry up or I won't be training them anytime soon!' She thought to herself with a dramatic huff, frowning as the first of her three to-be-materia-hunting-minion-.. Er, kits approached. Which girl was this?.. Hearing the small kit give an 'Uff!' as she dragged a vest far too big for her, as well as a wand grasped in her tail's grip, Yuffie flashed a grin. Oh right, Fuma.
 "Momma! Mo-oof.." Fuma readjusted her mouth's grip on the adult sized vest before tugging it along with her a few more steps. "Momma! I'm doing good so far, right? I arrived here first!.. Well, besides you. But you don't count." She continued to ramble on with a muffled voice about her success, growling and thrashing her head from side to side as she pulled her vest along. Fuma had always insisted on bringing whatever gear might come in handy later on.. including the vest she didn't even fit into yet.
 The paler furred Wutai followed behind his mother and sister, a roll of his brown eyes a result of watching Fuma's actions. Giving an unheard chuff at her rambling and barbaric kit snarls, he carried his small pink fairy cap in his mouth. 'Hnh. Silly sister.'

 Tanto easily picked up the vest with her mouth and followed behind her siblings to her mother. She was pretty strong for a kit her age. She had almost no problem pulling it. Its only problem was it was awkward to hold. While holding the vest in her mouth she asked Where do i put this but it came out sounding more like "Hair uu I Hut His."

"Ah.. Hm." Deciphering Tanto's muffled question into actual words, Yuffie tried to think of what to do with the vest. 'It won't do much good just having them carry it like that or just leave it on the ground to get dirty.' She said to herself in her head, thinking a short moment before perking her ears up. They'd arrived at the 'training grounds' she had picked out a few weeks back, the makeshift ninja gear she had sort of put together and gathered stored and hidden in various parts of the area that only she knew for later lessons.
"Aha! Give it here." Their mother chirped out, trotting over to the two small girls and snatching the vest in her mouth with relative ease. With two leaps backwards, Yuffie smirked at the trio of kits. "Alright, my three little materia hunters, this is your first lesson: Grab Fuma's vest here and place it.." She let her voice trail off as she made her way over to a tree further off and gave a slash at it with both of her front paws, marking it with an X. "Place it here! If you can."
As their mother spoke, Fuma took the chance to rest from their trek out to their current location. Dropping her wand at her feet as she sat herself down, softly panting, she listened to Yuffie. Carrying her vest had been tough work for someone her size! The smallest of the three kits, as well as the youngest, Fuma felt the need to prove herself and show that she was better than everyone. 'Sister didn't have to help, I could have gotten it by m'self.'
She had to be better than everyone, be top dog and keep first place in everything. Everyone but her mother, Yuffie Kisaragi, of course! Momma had told her so, so of course it had to be right. Ninjas didn't lie! True fact.
Yes, lesson time! "Alright! Gimmie my vest then, momma." She demanded once their mother had finished, wagging her tail like a puppy and nearly squirming in her excitement.
"Nice job, Tanto. Well done." Wutai commented sarcastically, giving a small nod of his head at his sister as she helped Fuma out, taking the chance to walk alongside his mother - as best as he could - now that his sisters were occupied with the vest. "Pleh." He dropped his cap down onto the ground as well once they arrived in the selected clearing in the woods, sitting down and curling his tail around his feet.
Once finished listening to their mother, Wutai held in a laugh at his sister's words. "You're kidding." Wutai said in disbelief as he gave a look over at his younger sister, raising a brow to go along with his question. "She's not gonna just give it to us."
"Shut it, you spikey-headed jerk!" Fuma growled out, scowling over at her brother as she started to make her way over.
"Hey! Quiet, Sparkles!" Yuffie quickly snapped out the order, flashing a stern look at Fuma, then Tanto, and finally another over at Wutai. "Your brother's right, Fuma. Once of you has to snatch it away from me. Now-" Giving a Cheshire cat grin and making a mad dash towards the trees opposite of them, she winked at her pupils. "Let's go, kids!~"

Tanto jumped to her feet at her mothers command. Filling behind Yuffie and her siblings. Tanto figured it was best to keep her mouth shut unless spoken to seeing as her sister and brother didn't seem to happy with her. She made herself look a bit submissive and said "Yes momma"

Slowing in her tracks and giving a motion for her other two kits to continue on into the dense woods, Yuffie made her way over to Tanto, having seen her submissive look. Spotting Fuma about to begin a good whine and Wutai about to lunge at his younger sister, she flashed a very stern glare and gave a motion of her paw for the two to get going.
"Hey, you. Ninjas don't show fear or weakness. You should know that by now.. kiddo." She said softly, speaking with a more gentle tone than usual and giving her daughter little materia hunter a nuzzle on her small head. Of course, she was new to this whole mothering thing, and with the loss of her mother at such an early age, it all left her with little to no experience what so ever. But an action like that?.. It seemed like the right thing to do in a moment like this. "Now. Let's see... Shall we get goin'?" Yuffie asked, giving a motion of her head towards where her daughter and son had headed.

Tanto reached up a bit to nuzzle her mother back and nodded while saying "Yes Ma'am." She than went after her siblings. Still not feeling ok but she would do whatever her mother said.
