The crowd let out a positive reaction as Drown's General Manager walked out from the back. As he made his way down the ramp, he shook a few hands, and waved to the crowd a few times as he looked around with a confident smile. Approaching the ring, he circled the squared circle and grabbed a mic from a stagehand. He then made his way up the steel steps, and across the apron, before entering the ring through the ropes. Tim walked to the center of the ring, and placed a hand in his pocket, and raised the mic to his lips, looking directly at the stage. "At this time, I'd like Mike Landry to accompany me in the ring."

Tim waited as Landry made his way to the ring, dressed in a cheaper suit. He gave off a smirk as Mike adjusted his jacket. After Mike had asked him way he was out here, Tim wasted no time to reply.

"For just that very same fact you mentioned, legal matters..." Tim said as he keep a hand in one of his pockets, slowly starting to pace the ring. "You know for the past few weeks now you've been coming out here, complaining about how management treats. Now might I add you've been doing this on MY time. Not once have I given you the okay to come out to this ring, and talk about your problems, you know how much five minutes of airtime costs?" Tim said as he stopped and stared at Mike from behind his blue tinted shades. "Anyways, onto the reason why I brought you out here.. Like you said I know how legal stuff works. Now I haven't gotten to where I am today by being a push over in and out of the courtroom. I know that there are ways around it. So this is why I've brought you out here. I'm looking to settle this thing out of court. Their is no need to get the vampires of the human race out here now, nobody likes lawyers. So tell me Mike Landry... What do you want? What can I do to end this whole thing?" Tim said lowering the mic and waiting for he's reply.

Tim smiled as Mike listed off his demands. Once Landry was done Tim raised his mic back up to his lips and replied. "What makes you think your even entitled to those things?" Tim sarcastically asked, but continued before Mike even had a chance to reply. "In all seriousness Mike, what you said earlier tonight before your match with Marxx.. I listened and all I heard was horse s**t. Bribery? Blackmail? False Advertisement? Exploitation?" Tim said with a confused tone as listed off a few of Mike's claims. "Landry my boy, not one of those claims you can back up with hard evidence. Now as for the assault, and battery charges. Those come with the job. Go ahead and take those charges to court, I'll buy you a wardrobe so you don't look so... Sad." Tim said with a smile. "Now as for the Unfair Treatment, Harassment, and Misuse of Talent.. Mike.. I treat you no more different then any other a*****e on my payroll. Like I told Angel before you... All you wrestler's to me are piece of meat I feed too these fans. They will chew on you until they are sick of the taste. Fortunately for you, they haven't grown tired of ground beef." Tim paused as he took his hand out of his pocket, shaking his pointer finger ever so slightly in the air. "So this is what I'm gonna do for both our sakes, cause I know that your case is structurally unsound, and would be a big waste of money and time on both are parties. So I'll do this for you Mike..." Tim paused as he looked to the crowd, putting his hand back in his pocket. "Next week. I'm putting you in a match.. That match will determine if you will be able to compete in a Number One Contender's match the following week. That Number One Contender's match is for the EEW World Title. Now how does that sound Mike?" Tim said lowering the mic, giving Landry time to reply.

Tim remained in spot with a stern look on his face as Mike was about to explode with anger. Then just as Mike smiled, and wondered if he's opportunity was legit, Tim smiled, knowing most couldn't resist Tim's deals. "Oh this opportunity is 100% legit. You just have to prove that YOU are 100% Legit. That mean's no cheating, no unhanded tactics, no complaining if you lose.. Nothing." Tim said as he smile faded and returned to a stern look. "I mean it Mike, if you fail in you chance, I don't want to hear a word from you, or so help me God I'll suspend you as long as possible without pay. You got me?" Tim said lowering the mic as he took a step towards Mike.

Tim accepted Mike's hand, and stepped in close, placing his head next to Mike's ear so only he could here what he was about to say. After saying what he had to say, Tim released Mike's hand and casually exited the ring, making his way up the ramp, Mike would turn around every now and then to smile at Mike, as he made his way to the back.
