Name's Meaning: Spirit Warrior

Special Markings: One black hoof, three gold hooves, caramel coat coloring, white coat colors over the three gold hooves and on face
Mate: Mahiri
Likes: Mahiri, Flirting with mares, Mahiri, competing against stallions, Mahiri, running, Mahiri, galloping, Mahiri, eating/drinking, making friends, and did I mention Mahiri? Aruna (daughter), Bairn (son), and Artemis (daughter). He also loves foals/fillies/colts; he's very fond of children.
Dislikes: Impolite Soquili, boring conversations, not running, not galloping, etc., Soquili he hates (obviously)
Personality: Polite, protective, and a very fun Soquili to be around. His "playboy" personality is only a front; he likes to tease mares he meets with huge, insane compliments. He has a tendency from time to time to want to "butt heads" with other stallions, but he controls himself. An all around nice guy, he'd rather have friends than foes, but there are Soquili out there that he just knows he'll never get along with, no matter how hard he tries to. He's spirited only when he's playing with his Soquili friends, and otherwise very polite and gentle. Sometimes very stubborn.
How He Met Miakoda: Hania was born into the world by an already bonded Soquili. In his childhood, he grew up around Miakoda, and knew quite a bit for a tamed Soquili. Just as he reached the semi-adolescent stage, he was kidnapped and thrown out into the wild, defenseless. The tragedy of his past pained him so much he locked up his memories, and learned to be a wild Soquili until adulthood. He completely forgot what a human, let alone Indian, was. He had heard whispers, and the one thing that stuck within his memory was that he knew he was a Soquili, the Indian name for "horse". After meeting his future (now) mate, Mahiri, Alona, and Loki, Hania wandered about the Soquili fields, meeting all kinds of Soquili, both mares and stallions. Then, upon meeting his little "brother", Orchu, along with Alona and Sora, Hania reunited with his bonded human Miakoda. Miakoda was grown as well, in her teens. The two had a heartfelt reunion, and now Hania has returned with Miakoda to live with her, although Miakoda now gives him as much freedom as possible because he mostly grew up as a free, wild Soquili.

 Name: Aruna Name's Meaning: Dawn Type: 2nd Generation Special Markings: Golden-Colored Eyes Mate: N/A Likes: The moon, night-time, peaceful environments, verbal battles, alone time, her family, friends, trotting, cantering, running, etc. and winged Soquilis (Wind/Kalona/Alicorn; unfortunately, not Flutter), humming or singingDislikes: Idiots, dolts, fools, etc., noisy places, too much hyperness, anything that annoys her, crowds (but she can deal with crowds) Personality: Impassive, cool-headed, and witty. However, she can be extremely passionate and emotional. She has her protective side (she got this from Hania), but it rarely shows. Actually, rarely anything shows except her irritation or anger. Otherwise, she loves verbal battles. She knows that with the way she acts she may get more enemies than friends, but she doesn't mind that. She believes that when she gets a mate, her mate will be someone she will love and enjoy being with. Generally, she tends to just not care about anything but herself and her family. She has an obsession with winged horses--especially the Wind Soquili--and has somehow managed to surround herself with all kinds of winged Soquili.How She Met Miakoda: Being the daughter of Hania, she met Miakoda early on, since she was born. She is also Miakoda's mare. Her siblings and mother, (Mahiri, Bairn, and Artemis) live with Miakoda's neighboring friends. She is already a bonded Soquili, thanks to being born to an already bonded horse (like Hania) but she wishes to explore the world her father grew up in, and often wanders away from the teepee to investigate new things. Name's Meaning: Power of the Moon
Race: Unknown
Gender: Female
Age: 16-18 (somewhere around there)
Animal Spirit: A purple-blue winged fox-like creature (See Below)
Physical Appearance: Long black hair, braided, and lays across her right shoulder. Intelligent, interestingly violet-lavender-amethyst colored eyes, with tanned skin, not too dark, nor too light. A height of 5'6", wearing the traditional Cherokee clothing.
Personality: Determined, gentle and caring, stubborn, loves to hunt, loves to play, but will do anything asked of her and will finish her job, no matter what happens; she is also extremely timid when meeting other Indians, and feels most comfortable with Soquili; she often times is used as a messenger between the villages, so she rarely appears
History: She supposedly is banned from her tribe for things she didn't do, or so she says in her story. However, no one really knows too much about her, as she keeps most things about to herself. She is often vague, and feels as if she has an inability to make friends. She has many friends in animals, but none in other indians. Because of this, she has moved off into a secluded part of the forest, and lets her Soquili roam free unless she needs them. She believes that if she treats her beloved pets well, they will stay loyal to her. Her theory seems to be proven correct, as Hania and Aruna always come back to her even if they wander away for two-three weeks on end. She tries her hardest to live well, but the loneliness of not having other Indian friends kills her ability to socialize with a normal, happy voice. Thus, she speaks quietly if she meets new Indians.

Mahiri:: heart Hania's first friend, best friend, and mate. He loves this girl so much, it's insane!!! She's the mother of their three children. heart Aruna:: Hania's oldest daughter and first child. Aruna is quickwitted, cool-headed, and literally the opposite of her parents. She is sometimes exasperated with Hania's and Mahiri's hyperness.Bairn:: Hania's oldest son and second child. He's calm, but idolizes Hania so Bairn reminds Hania of himself (but only as he is now). Bairn loves his family dearly.Artemis:: Hania's youngest daughter and third child. Artemis is whom Hania considers adorably innocent, but he doesn't know too much of Artemis herself.Alona:: Another of Hania's first friends. He cares for Alona like a sister. Protective of her like a brother, although Alona is older than him, so she is more like an older sister. Cyrus's mate.Cyrus:: Hania's only seen him once or twice. The two haven't met, but Hania's sure to approve, especially since Alona's already Cyrus's mate. Alona's mate.Loki:: Hania's first stallion friend. They had a bit of a rocky start, but then they came to be friends. He considers Loki his best male friend, even though they don't see much of each other. Hania considers Loki to be like an older brother. (Loki's older than him anyway...)Orchu:: Hania's little "brother". Hania is very, very fond of this little colt, even if Orchu's a Wind Soquili. He has been with Orchu even when the little guy was in his basket, and met him through Alona.Settia:: Hania is very fond of Settia. She had been a potential mate for him, though now he considers her a very close sister. He is protective of her, like a brother. Dyami's mate.Dyami:: Hania's not as fond of this guy as he is of Settia, but he still considers him a good friend. (He'd have to be, because if he hurt Settia, Hania will hunt him to his death.) Settia's mate.Celendria:: Hania thinks of her as a goddess. Or the Maiden of Ice. She was a potential mate for him, but Hania loves Celendria like a favorite sister (but he doesn't want to favor other mares less than her, so he never says this).Ceylona:: A pretty mare Hania met early on. He hasn't seen her in a long time, so he can't quite remember much about her.Jewel:: Jewel is a uni Soquili that Hania finds awe-inspiring. When he first met Jewel, Hania was stunned because of the awesome powerfilled aura he felt. A good friend of his, to be sure.**More Soquilis to be added soon.Hania:: Aruna's father. Mahiri is the mother; she loves her father dearly, though she feels exasperated sometimes with him because of his playfulness and protectiveness.Mahiri:: Aruna's mother. Hania is the father; Aruna loves her mother dearly, although she feels exasperated with her hyperactive mother from time to time.Bairn:: Aruna's younger brother. Bairn really reminds her of Hania, and that's no surprise as Bairn tends to act like Hania and has idolized the golden-colored stallion.Artemis:: Aruna's younger sister. Aruna doesn't know too much about Artemis; however, she has gotten to meet her, and it feels like the two of them get along well for sisters. =)Rahu:: Rahu's a stubborn stallion Aruna met when she was little. For some strange reason, these two encountered on several occasions. Aruna doesn't argue as much with him, but she met him at the same time as Wyvern. Rahu has similar persona qualities from both Aruna and Wyvern. Aruna fell in love with this stubborn stallion, but she seems to have moved on...Wyvern:: Okay. He's a Kalona--so what? Aruna, for some odd reason, doesn't consider him an enemy. So what's that make this smartmouth stallion? A friend. Aruna enjoys having verbal fights with him, but he doesn't know that. So sssshhhh...Ballestra:: Does he ring any similar bells with Bairn? Because to Aruna, Ballestra's just a bundle of optimistic--exasperation--joy that she can only stand so much. He's stll a friend though.Dread Of Night:: A Wind stallion Aruna met one night when she was out for some quiet time. When she first saw him, let's just call it a "love at first sight". She's infatuated with him, but she won't admit to it. Dread loves the night, the moon, and has many similar qualities to Aruna. He has a calming personality that Aruna feels completely at ease and comfortable with.Kaelyn:: A mare Aruna met when she met Rahu. Kaelyn used to admire Rahu until they all grew into adults. Afterwards, she didn't like him anymore.Danae:: A pretty, kind mare Aruna met. Danae also had met Rahu, and her brother Bairn (I think), and the two agreed readily about Rahu's personality, becoming instant friends.Otaikimmio'takaan:: A stallion Aruna met who had felt controlled because of one of the other stallion's he lived with. Aruna empathizes with him on a certain level, and he is a special friend to her.Shadowfax:: A stallion Aruna met under a full moon night. Shadow is especially close to Aruna's heart because he helped her to move on through the pain she'd been feeling. She doubts she'll ever fall in love again, but if she did, Shadow just might be the one... ( wink )**More Soquilis to be added soon.
