140 more members in three months? Thats 1.5 members a day. Putting it like that makes it sound very doable.
To be honest I wish the members we already have would be more active.
An easy way to generate activity would be if we kept a thread each that acted as a visual blog of what we're currently doing. In fact I think I might start one myself.
