I would say Marlowe. He just do NOTHING at all in Suiko2. He just help a litle whit a litle piece of story.

I thought Joker was a pain. Once Ted was leveled up, he proved to be pretty decent in battles. Joker on the other hand I had to constantly revive. He kept dying on me.
