Abilities: Similar to Scourge, Wave is an alternate dimensional form of Sonic. Of course, he knows of neither of them. As such, his abilities fall very closely to Sonic's with a few differences. Ultra Speed, stronger kick attacks, and the ability to swim are these such differences.
Weaknesses/Limits: Cannot use any of Sonic's abilities involving the Spin Dash, Doesn't have the same motivation as Sonic, Finds it hard to make new friends.
Hero, Villain, or Neutral? Hero-Neutral
Bio: Wave was born on the planet Navelle, a beautiful land with a harsh history. Near his early years, the simple fact of his inhuman speed was enough to label him as a freak and prompted everyone to hate his guts. As such, he was forced out of school, nearly beaten by other kids every-so-often, and his parents were hassled with at work, all for unjustifiable reasons. As time passed on, Wave grew cold to the world until he found others whom he could call friends later on. Brass, the insanely smart fox; Smash, one of the two remaining Echinda on Navelle; Chyll, a chameleon with an apathetically cold personality; Sunstreak, a hedgelion with a warm heart; and Crystal, the female hedgehog always trying to catch him. With the help of these few others, Wave managed to pull himself out of his stupor and began to once again enjoy life. In doing so, he found himself facing off against the human genius known as Dr. Cyberdon. In the end, he and the others won the fight and were enlisted into a group known as the Independence League, whose goal was to bring a unity between the normals and the 'freaks'.

Personality: Lazy, carefree, and moodswinging would be three good ways to say about Wave's personality. In all normal situations, you could find him snoozing away underneath the shade of a tree or out on an open field, easily ignoring his 'non-important' duties. Whenever he is given a task that seems 'uninteresting' to him, he usually either shrugs it off to someone else or simply does it with procrastination. If it's a task that he is interested in, however, or if one of his friends is hurt or worse, he will do whatever it takes to make sure everything gets done right.

Extra: Through an incident, Wave was warped through dimensions to Mobius leaving him on a planet he was unfamiliar with. With him came the seven Infinite Spheres, which are very similar to the Chaos Emeralds in almost all aspects. The major difference between the two is that, if anyone or anything aside from Wave tries to use the Spheres in a fashion like the Emeralds, there are harsh negative consequences that come with it. In the same way, Wave cannot use the Chaos Emeralds too much, or else he'll kill himself.
