A flaming comet streaked through the sky, and alarmed the folks at the outpost, seeing how the comet was headed directly at them. At the last moment, it swung to the left and impacted into one of the mountains nearby, causing a sonic boom that would echo from mountain to mountain. A search party investigated, but the only thing left in the crater it caused was a lump of rock.
In a mountain cave far from the outpost, Ganchou heaved and struggled, dragging a limp leg and swatting out patches of fire. If he hadn't found a rock to grab onto and assimilate on his way down, he would surely have died. As it was, he was weak from blood loss and the pain of the fracture. Tearing up strips of his nearly burned up backpack, he used a few rocks to bandage and splint the wound, and popped a blood pill into his mouth, one of the few remaining pills he had. He snuck behind a rock and closed his eyes, nearly undetectable to any nearby person.

Ganchou awoke and looked around, making sure no one was visible before quickly changing his bandages and rummaging around. He took stock of his equipment, and was dismayed. His sleeve armories were intact, as was most of his jacket, but his holsters were completely gone, and his belt pouch had very few of his supplies. His backpack was ruined, and his radio missing, oh, and his leg was broken too. He went to work, cutting down a tree outside the cave, and fashioning it into a crutch. Then, he grabbed the remnants of his cloak, destroyed any of his village's symbols, and briefly lit a stick on fire and put it out. Using the charcoal on the end, he inscribed a long series of seals onto his body, including one on his tongue and on his arm. Most of them flashed and vanished, while the one under his tongue stayed, and 5 rings appeared on his arm. Settled, he moved onwards, heading down the slope until he hit a road below. He had taken his precautions, and would be safe for the most part. He was glad at least one of his passports had survived. In one last act, he stabbed the burning ember onto his arm, directly where his old tattoo had been. As he cried, it slowly burned away the flesh, leaving nothing but charred skin where it had been.

Haki yelped as Kyo grabbed him about the waist, his legs going out from him by the sudden stop. He struggled, wiggling about unhappily as Kyo spoke "Let go, damn it! I don't want to talk about it! I want you to go away!" As Kyo turned him around and wiped at his face, Haki pushed at Kyo, hands pressed flat against Kyo's shoulders as he kept trying to get away "I didn't leave without permission! Kein-san gave me this." he dug into his pockets and pulled out the crumpled scroll, shoving it at Kyo's face "It says I can go to Takumi! B-But he wanted me to wait here for him." it wasn't all a lie....the scroll did give him permission to leave. And it did say to go to Takumi. And Kein DID tell him to wait at the outpost for him. However...hearing the word rogue and being told he would be killed, did not calm him down. Especially right after what Kein had done to him "I haven't done anything wrong! Let me go!" and then he twisted. His arms smacked into Kyo's inner elbow, knocking them out enough for him to twist down and duck low to the ground. Having escaped Kyo's grasp, for the moment, Haki took off yet again, sprinting up rather the out this time. He caught hold of a tree branch and swung around, coming up to crouch on the branch then launched himself to the opposite tree. Even farther up then before, Haki disappeared into the leaves "Go away, Kyoishi-san! I'm just waiting for K-Kein-san!" came the shout down, though where it came from was a mystery. Haki was crouched about three trees away, catching his breath as he clung to the trunk. He was really and truly terrified now. Kyo's talk of being rogue and dying had brought back the visions and he clenched his eyes shut against them, trying to not be so afraid. They were far from the outpost now so Kein's daughters should be safe from detection. Now if only Kein would show up! What if he had stayed and hurt Doki?! The thought left a cold slimy feeling in Haki's stomach and he struggled not to be sick.
I will defy the ways of my family, destroy the preconceptions others have placed upon me and remain my own till I fall.

"Talking with the enemy now Kyo? I do not have to tell you how bad this looks. I'm sure you understand the repercussions of these actions since your helping a traitor." The voice of the Hyuuga would be heard before his face would be seen, ringing out across the outpost. He'd followed them here and instead of making himself known just yet he'd been listening in on this intriguing conversation. Seemed Kein had a reason to bring this child along, which was all the more reason to stop Kyo from attempting to bring the boy back. That wasn't go sit well for the Hyuuga in the least. From behind a tree the blonde came strolling, three blades tucked neatly at his side while full Anbu clothing was adorned. This was going to be harder than he once thought, especially if Kyo held attachments to the child. "Boy, with your actions you are no longer deemed a citizen of Kumogakure. Joining up with the rogue Kein was a foolish mistake." His steps seemed rather slow as Apollo came about, nearing the tree which the boy was hiding in. In his palm a single flame was lite, but it was strange considering the swordsmen was a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu specialist. This showed that this entire ordeal was rather serious. "Kyo, no matter your attachment to this boy I shall not let him live..." The aura coming off the blonde was threatening, showing he would be fine with killing even a child if it came to it. However, as previously stated this was nothing more than a front. A bluff really. Soon he reached the little get together, holding a black katana in one hand and in the other a flame was lightly burning, moving about in the air. He would await their responses before taking actions and, hopefully, he could play this situation to his favor. If worst came to worst though Apollo was not above removing the head of one Inuzuka.

xxxxxxKyo stood up quickly at Apollo, he backed up to get close to Haki, mostly confused now. "Haki! At this rate, your mother will come and kill you, your disappointing her by leaving the village! If you don't come home then you will die as a rogue and shut up Apollo, I'm not helping him, I'm getting him back to Kumo to let the kage decide his fate, we aren't hunters...were anbu you old man..." He was getting Haki back even if he had to fight apollo till he passed out. Shi stood by him, they had the rope in their backpack and smoke bombs, along with other stuff but he needed just a bit. "I'm not going to leave Haki so just stop, I won't let you die either cause I think your my friend even if you don't." He looked at Haki before looking at Apollo.

Tch, he had no time to mess about with children. Currently all he was trying to do was force Haki to leave as to help Kein with whatever plot he had, but after reading more into the situation, Apollo quickly found out that the boy was being induced under some type of control and this was not of his own free will. If it were a jutsu, then that meant his actions were only temporary and would not stay whole at all. Still, even knowing this meant the boy had become not an asset, but a error to the plans of the two shinobi. His death, from those thoughts, had become warranted in the old ninja's mind. Even so, the words of both Haki and Kyo seemed to stop the blonde in his tracks, eyeing the two with a cold expression. This was becoming more difficult as time went on. "First off do not speak to me as if I'm some child Kyo. The kid made his choice in leaving, therefore, he is no longer apart of Kumo, meaning he's gone rogue. As a Anbu ninja I'm sure you realize what that means as our job. We do not associate with the enemy under any terms, no matter who they are and what reasons they hold." Such ambitious words from him. If the only knew his own secret. As he spoke the wafting red flames upon Apollo's hand only seemed to grow larger. "You know what, I'm going to go against my own code for a change. If you can give me one good reason as to why I should not kill this boy then I will stand down and allow you to do as you please."
