Dex Entry: Exploud triggers earthquakes with the tremors it creates by bellowing. If this Pokémon violently inhales from the ports on its body, it's a sign that it is preparing to let loose a huge bellow.
Physiology: Exploud is a large blue creature whose most obvious feature is its huge mouth, which sports two hippopotamus-like teeth on each jaw. It also has extruding tubes with holes along its body: seven along its head-crest, four on its elbows and knees, two along its back and two on the end of its two tails. These holes serve a dual-purpose: They can suck in air to increase Exploud's noise based attacks and they can make noise themselves. The holes along its head-crest and tails are tipped with yellow, and the holes along it back have yellow semicircular patterns at the sides. Exploud’s red eyes also add to its look of intimidation. There is also a half-circle on its belly, which is rarely seen because of its giant mouth. Its arms have three thin stripes below its elbow and three fingers. Exploud’s feet have four claws, three in front and one in back, and a yellow paw pad on its underside.
Special Abilities: Exploud can be an extremely loud Pokémon, capable of triggering earthquakes with the tremors made by raising its voice. Its loud cries can even be heard from six miles away. However, it only raises its voice when in battle. Otherwise, it produces a variety of flute-like noises to communicate with others.

Personality: When one thinks of the Pokemon Exploud, one would probably imagine a loud, boisterous, voracious and (rather ugly) reptilian-looking Pokemon of purple and yellow coloration. Exploud are known for - among other things - having their volume switch cranked to eleven when in battle and even the Pokedex says their cries can cause earthquakes as well as be heard over six miles away. With this knowledge in mind, Exploud truly live up to their Species Name as the 'Loud Noise Pokemon', even if outside of battle they use a variety of softer whistles and chirps to communicate with their species, trainers, and others.
Sanga is no different.
Sanga is...Loud. He has the ability to be quiet and does utilize it when the situation calls for it, but he's the sort to be "big and bold" the greater portion of the time he's awake. If he's not talking, there's a song, hum, or whistle on his lips (even if he's terribly tone deaf in regards to the first) and the sound will be apparent. Expect whistling or that hum if the place he's in or the people he's with are silent, awkwardly so or not. Sound - and to some extent music - is in his blood and very make up so he can't very well fight or deny that part of him nor keep it quiet by any stretch. A person will hear Sanga long before they see him in that regard. In addition to his volume, Sanga is energetic and always moving. Even when sitting (which he has a hard time doing for long periods) his knee is jigging up and down or his foot is tapping to some tune in his head or headphones even if his eyes are focused straight ahead. If he's excited or angered his movements become faster and more erratic, tying into the increase in his volume all the while, and nothing gets this gijinka more excited than a good time out.
Straight to the point, Sanga's a partier. Loud places, loud music, loud people, loud loud loud...He loves it. He thrives in it. The life and sounds of the big city and all she has to offer, regardless of how seedy her underbelly truly is, sings to his soul and every fiber of his being. He loves what it has to offer him and takes it back home with him as often as he can. It shouldn't be surprising to feel the bass of his stereo making the walls and floor of his dorm's floor tremble at all hours when he's there because of it. From morning to night and at all hours in between he'll try to surround himself in that atmosphere he so loves, even going so far as to ditch class and school altogether.
Yes, he's not the studious type. Class is dull to this Exploud and while he's intelligent, he just doesn't feel the need to apply himself and believes his time is better spent elsewhere and among other people - namely a group of other like-minded and equally-aged gijinka. He's a delinquent, and yes, he runs with the so called "wrong crowd" doing the standard delinquent things. Tagging, beat'em ups, fights, theft, drinking, staying out past curfew, general truancy...He's done it, seen it, and more though his heart is in the right place deep down. You'd probably never expect a delinquent to toss a couple bucks from that wallet grab into a Salvation Army bucket or use it to buy an extra burger for that homeless dude on the corner, but that's something Sanga would do if he happened upon such things. While he's a little soft under his scars in some respect, he does fit in rather well with his group all the same. He's loyal to his crew and those he considers friend and fiercely so. In truth he's quite the friendly bugger through and through and if you're a friend to Sanga, you've got a friend for life in all respects, though - like anyone - he doesn't take backstabbing or mistreatment of his kindness, friendship, or trust lightly.
Now while being a loud, party-loving, class skipping delinquent could be seen as bad, none are truly flaws on his part. He does have his share of them though! For one Sanga's very influenced by the 'heat of the moment'. In some cases it'd be called a 'mob mentality' but regardless of name he easily and unwittingly becomes swept up in the overall feeling and his actions are effected by the atmosphere he's surrounded by, rarely unable to break free until the entire feeling diffuses. For example: a drink-heavy, extremely party-hardy air will cause him to party it up more and lead to him ending up hungover the next morning on the floor and sans pants. An aggressive air leads to aggressive feelings, actions and so on and so forth throughout the various types of emotional and situational atmospheres. This ties into another flaw of Sanga's where he generally leaps before he looks. The mob mentality clouds his judgment for a greater portion of the time, but when his mind is clear he's still reckless in the same manner. Friend in trouble? No need to assess the situation or the opposing side because his friend needs help now! With this always in play, he's likely to bite off more than he can chew or else fall into the Seviper pit, but he never seems to learn. He's reckless and brash and always willing to do something again even if he got bit the last time, regardless of the reason why or how. His masculine pride demands it just as much as his loyalty does and so Sanga will not back down.

Appearance: Since Sanga is intended to be a semi-custom, I leave the greater majority of his creation up to Sai. However, there are a few small details I would like added to his design and they are detailed below, some with a small explanation as to why I would like it to be a part of him. They are listed in no particular order.
Semi-Custom Desires:
1: Dark Skin Tone - I honestly can't see Sanga as Caucasian, plain and simple. XD;
2: Braids or Dreadlocks - Given Exploud's tube-horn arrangement is what it is, I think those would best cross over on a gijinka as head full of braids or dreads!
3: Red Eyes/Irises - To match the Pokemon he stems from of course!
4: Yellow Tattoos - Not entirely necessary and up to Sai if she wants to add them in in the end, but since Exploud has yellow markings on it, perhaps these could transition over onto Sanga as well.
5: Scars - Sanga's gotten into his fair share of brawls and fights, so he's certain to have some souvenirs.
