Hobbies: People-watching -- Humans are fascinating. No, of course you wouldn't understand, but that's fine ! When not patrolling, Niobe has a few favorite spots in Destiny City where she can sit more or less unseen to watch humans go by their daily life. She can spend hours doing this, and it helps that not many people gives a cat much of a second-glance, star-on-forehead or not. She feels it gives her a better understanding of humans and, by relation, the negaverse senshi and the other agents she is meant to assist. So fun and useful all at once, you can't get much better than that. Beside, she might just spot a good target.
Singing -- Through untrained, Niobe has a very lovely voice, and a pull toward music she cannot quite explain – she cannot remember how it started, so she simply accepts it for what it is. She cannot play an instrument, and so she sings instead. Many of those who visit the negaverse subspace might very well hear her voice echoes down the crystal halls – some perhaps never realizing that the singer is a cat, of all things.
The Wide Wild Internets -- If she can ever get access to a computer, she will do her best to exploit it. Niobe likes surfing the net for information, news of Destiny City, and interesting music on youtube - sometimes even interesting comments on youtube. Humans can be so silly... On the internet, no one knows you're a cat ! She doesn't often does a good job actually getting the information she seeks... but she tries !
Warming Laps -- Especially Tanzanite's, but if anyone's sitting down in her vicinity, she'll probably be stamped into their laps within five minutes, unless they're obviously hostile to their presence. Niobe thrives on physical contacts and while some guardian cats might be unhappy with being petted and treated much akin to a normal cat, this one is all but begging for it.
Virtues: Helpful -- Niobe doesn't do things halfway - she will the kind of cat who will seek to give out as many answers as she can provide to any who asks for them, as long as they stay still long enough to listen. She will help an agent take down a senshi if she stumbles into a battle. This doesn't stop at powered-up business, either - if she can feasibly help without wrecking the place, she'll try it. From homework help, to brainstorming, to fetching objects, having a sentient, talking cat around can actually be pretty useful.
Loving -- Hi, my name is Niobe and I Love You. If you are on her side, she will lavish you with as much love, care, and affection that she can possibly conjure (which is a lot, trust me). She'll listen to you whine about how you hate your life for an hour without making a peep, and try to offer you solutions when you're done. Because everyone needs someone to confide in and something warm and furry to snuggle. She's that cat. The only shame is that there's only one of her to go around, in her mind. She finds no shame in being used as a feline pillow, in being cried all over, and to purring all night long, or doing any sort of traditional feline things if it makes you happy. She will gladly sing to anyone who asks. Even to the senshi, she is rarely hostile from the get-go unless attacked, through she is much colder to 'the other side', not even remembering that she was once part of it.
Observant -- Niobe is good at catching the little hints that things aren't as they seem. She is very good at reading people, which comes from observing them so much. Mostly, she's good at reading body language - not to the point that she could guess if they were going out of their way to control it, but enough to pick up hints that others might miss. She has a photographic memory when it comes to people, especially those who catches her interest - she can tell if you got a new haircut. She can tell you've been training because you look a little more buff than she's last seen you. She isn't very suited to actual information-gathering, but she catches physical details most of the time.
Flaws: Personal Bubble ? What's That ? -- Niobe is IN YOUR FACE. Or in your lap. Or on your head. On your shoulder. She doesn't care, as long as she's on you. Nice and warm. She seems very unaware that people have personal spaces, and how to respect them. This is okay if people aren't aware she's anything more than a cat with a funny marking on her forehead. When they realize she's a guardian cat... well, things become pretty different. On that matter, she also doesn't have much of an indoor voice... And she doesn't do subtle very well.
Emotional -- Niobe thinks with her heart and her emotions, and not with her mind. This can make her take the wrong decision, because she wasn't thinking on a logical level, which is especially bad when you might have others looking toward you for guidance. If you're nice with her, she assumes that you're nice with everybody - and isn't quite sure what to do if it is proved otherwise. She is a very emotional person, and something emotionally devastates her, she pretty much becomes useless until she recovers. She is able of logical thinking, but it takes A LOT of effort. And coddling. She's the type of person who will see a agent or corrupted senshi in danger and WILL jump in to help, never stopping to think about the possible consequences, or the fact that she might be outnumbered. Anger is not an emotion that she feels often, but when it does wash upon her, she is very easily enraged into action when it might be better for her to stay her hand.
Meddling -- Niobe wants to help. She really, seriously, just wants to help you. But sometimes, she just wants to help too much. She butts into situations that she has no business butting into, ask for info she has no business knowing, and sees nothing wrong with this. After all, she's just trying to help, how is that a bad thing ? She simply can't grasp that she is being invasive at all.

Body: Again, normal for a female adult cat. The ref below is spot-on for what I want. She's sleek and lean, healthy-looking.

Eyes: Pale, spring green.
Accessories: The star choker she has on her human form, as well as the bracelet on one of her back legs.

Face: Black star in the middle of her forehead. She looks somewhere in her early 20's.
