Come one, Come all!
The Hogwarts school year has started!
Let's get on with it, The sorting will soon begin!
I hope to see some members joining, it's a brand new year!

So sorry about being 18 days late in starting this guild, Hogwarts usually starts on the 1st, but I was a wee bit late! Anyways, just look below for houses and teachers and prefects, and a quick explanation on how to get promoted! I'm so excited to have you here, I hope you have a great time here at Hogwarts!

There is no real formal hat sorting ceremony I am sorry to say, since people sign up at random, so I can't have a sorting ceremony all the time, and not for one person.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
~ Must be a teacher or have at least one RP.
~ Must be devoted to the guild.
~ Must be a fairly older member in the guild.

NOTE

~Being Vice is not extremely different from being teacher, they just have a bit more power around the guild.
~A Vice is someone the Headmistress confides in with EVERYTHING. Like How Severus Snape was to Dumbeldore. Even though McGonagall was a head of house and Deputy Headmistress, even she did not know Dumbeldore was planning his own death, like Snape did. AND they never tell the secrets, either.
~If I DO leave the guild, a Vice will of course be the one to take my place. The reason why I don't call it Deputy Headmaster/mistress, is because I don't plan on leaving.

An Explanation:
Alright, so incase you don't really understand how this works, here goes:

~ First, you start out as a member, a student.

~ If I promote you to Prefect, you become part of the crew.

~ If I promote you to professor, you are still part of the crew.

~ If I promote you to a head of a house, you are still part of the crew.

~ If you are loyal, and stay in the thread for a long amount of time while being head of a house, you get promoted to vice-captain.

~If you want to make another character, you need to be an advanced RPer with good posts and promise to not neglect the second or first character.

~It's recommended to have two or more characters if you've been here a while so things don't get boring.

Why All This?
Because frankly, I need teachers, that is a necessity. However, being vice captain is a VERY high position! I must admit, I gave away some teaching positions fairly freely, but if someone wants to be a vice captain, I want to be able to get to know them very, very well, before I put this school into their hands.
