 "Aw man I was late...what a pain...I hope the mistress doesn't deduct anything from my pay." Song muttered under his breath as he arrived in the break room after a quick shift. I wonder where everyone is at today...I seem to be the only one here at the moment...hehe don't tell me they're late too! Ha! The boss won't be able to say nothing either! Song paced back and forth as he contemplated and then he quickly entered the restroom to wash his hands.
He applied the soap on both sides of his hands, put warm water on, and then washed his hands carefully for about three minutes and then he turned off the sink and got a towel to wipe his hands. After wards he hung the towel on his shoulder and exited the bathroom and sighed when he was outside. What to do...what to do...

Izzy came running into the break room. She was super excited about her grand opening. "Oh Song! Your here, I wasn't expecting anyone to be here", She said to him. Izzy had forgotten to tell everyone that she had decide to open the cafe one hour later than she had originally planned. "I'm just getting some last minute stuff together", she told him. Izzy then ran back out to the Main Cafe to finish setting the tables.

Song's eyes bulged out from his sockets and he panicked as he saw his boss appear and disappear in a matter of seconds. Ghost! No, wait...boss...she seemed in a hurry...crap! I think I wasn't supposed to be here! Damn it...oh well...I might as well check on the tanks and fishes to see if all is well back here. he walked calmly towards the fish tanks and saw that one was green with bacteria. Crap...my rotten luck...time to clean...however...they are extras...no I must not procrastinate... Song put on gloves, gently picked up the dirty tank, and placed it down gently in the break room cleaning area.
Gah! The green stuff got on my gloves...dispose! This is harder than expected...now I know how my mother felt after I didn't clean the tank of my now dead goldfish... he silently took off his gloves and replaced them with another set.

Song finished cleaning the bacteria and did one extra clean up to make sure things were safe. After wards he placed it back with the extra fish tanks in the back and he disposed of his gloves. That took longer than expected...back to the bathroom to wash my hands... he headed towards the bathroom and did the same old ritual, but this time for ten minutes. All in a day's work...I feel so accomplished! Yosh! Today is going to be a great day!
He sat down on a comfortable sofa and lounged on it until it was actually time for work to start.

Izzy came running in again when she saw Song on the couch. "Song, have you seen Kitty? I wanted to show her how to turn on the arcade games before we open", she said. She then walked to the fridge and got a soda, as she walked to the couch she opened it and started to drink the soda.

Song's eyes widened again, but this time he controlled himself and he took notice of the boss's question. "Kitty? Oh...I haven't seen her around...not since last night. Hm...she should be here by now I guess." Song responded honestly and thought about the day before. Good times...good times... "Oh hey boss...um...am I supposed to be here right now?" he asked while scratching his head, hoping that it didn't sound idiotic.

Kitty walked into the break room of the bar yawning. Man its to early to be up she thought.Damn Song keeping me up at night.
Looking around she noticed the boss talking to Song.
"Good morning," she said politely as she walked up to them, "i'm not late am i?"

Song glanced over at Kitty and she looked extremely tired so he just lifted up his hand and face palmed himself for being such an idiot and keeping her up all night. Damn it...I'm sorry... he thought to himself, but then he just got up from the couch and stretched himself out.

"Oh no you guys aren't late at all. Actually you guys are right on time", she said with a big smile. Izzy finished her soda and threw the bottle in the glass recycling container. "So you guys ready for us to open today?" she asked.

"Not really..." Song spoke out boldly, but with his head down in shame for being so honest of his own insecurity about the opening day. He just glanced over at Kitty one more time and then at the boss and he felt guilty for probably being the only one that is not prepared mentally.

Kitty walked over to Song and punched him playfully.
"What are you worrying about Song, you'll be fine, besides i'll help you out ^^" Then she turned her attention to the boss.
"I'm ready whenever you are boss." She said with a big smile.

"Hmph...I guess you're both right. Yosh! Let's go and rock the socks off the customers!" Song bellowed out with a new form of thinking and he held a odd looking pose in which his right hand was up in the air and balled up like a fist. Song looked around and noticed that they had already began talking so he just got out of the room and went to check up on the fish tanks again.

"Yay i cant wait till we open, this is going to be so much fun." She yelled excited as she jumped around the room. Looking around she noticed that Song was gone.
"Hey where did Song go?" she asked the boss, "Oh well lets go learn how those machines work." she said as she headed over to the arcade room.
