Zaraki Catastrophe
Outline:
-Several residents of District 80 N. Zaraki (更木) have complained of disappearances and other such disturbances in the past two months.
-Buildings have been found damaged/demolished with no criminal implications (i.e robbery or murder, though vandalism has not been ruled out).
-No known criminal groups are believed to be involved, according to a quick-action reconaissance team comprising of several Punishment Squad units. Local residents are reportedly unaware of any outlaws that could be the cause of such disturbances.
-Strange incidents where citizens of Zaraki are acting "oddly" or contrary to their established characteristics have been reported. Usually, the mannerisms of these citizens are allegedly all have amnesia of some sort and can recall nothing of themselves. After acting in this strange manner once, they disappear and are never seen again until their corpses are found. May be the activity of a criminal organization, but seems linked to the oddities that are being reported at an increasing rate since they first began.
Mission Orders:
By order of Central 46 and the office of the Omnitsukido's Captain, a team shall be sent out to investigate the disturbances of Zaraki under 2nd Division Commander Tadashi Sakamoto. Mission team limited to members of the 2nd Division and volunteer Lieutenants from other squads (provided their duties can be put on hold for this assignment). Upon reaching Zaraki, the team will be split into two or three man groups and dispatched to investigate spiritual oddities and possible incidents in the making (i.e a suspicious looking man, woman, or child who may fit the amnesiac description, a demolished building, etc). Preferred method of search is sensing out spiritual pressure and utilizing shunpo to cover the area quickly. If found, permission is granted to use force to end the source of the disturbances.
