 It's easy to say that there are other worlds. It's easy, and a fact. What's a little more difficult is when you bring in dimensions. Think of this universe as a layer of cake, and other dimensions are the other layers. This is what existance is.
This journal is the collision of many dimensions: The Maker Dimension, The Platina Dimension, and the dimension of this world: Gaia.
 I've travelled between worlds before, and now it is commonplace. Dimensions, however, were trickier... and when I first travelled from the Maker Dimension to the Platina Dimension I created a portal that cannot be closed, only hidden. Since then, I have visited many people, but I always travelled by myself.
 When I served a family in the Maker Dimension, there was a horrible war going on. I was forced to take the only survivor of the family and escape to a dimension that I had never been before: Gaia. Since then, the Maker Dimension and Gaia have been linked.
So when I was reunited with friends in the Platina Dimension and discovered that two of them needed help that their existance could not provide, I introduced them to Gaia.
 The Platina and Maker Dimensions are not ready for a demon and fairy hybrid... but Gaia is.

Personality: Though she's loud and quick to judge, Fondue really does mean well... sometimes. She's also a little obsessive, and not the most polite of people. It's easy to go on about her bad qualities, really. She doesn't have a very good memory, except for grudges, and is selfish and rather greedy. She's easy to please, though, so if you catch her in a bad mood just give her a flower or try to pry her face into a smile with your fingers. She enjoys the simple things in life, like sunlight and daisies and expensive jewelry... what, she may not be human but that doesn't mean she can't notice a big rock when she sees one!

Build: Thin, lanky, but not unhealthily so. Has unnaturally-long limbs while in demon form
Hair: Black
Eyes: Blue-green
Skin: Pale caucasian around his face while in demon form. Otherwise covered in fur.
Usual Attire: None. Clothes only get in the way and inhibit his ability to shift between his two forms as needed. Not to worry, however. His pelt is thick enough to fully conceal anything objectionable.
Powers: His most notable power is the ability to change from a tall demon into a tiny winged cat and vice-versa. It may not seem like much, but it can be fairly useful when it comes to matters of travel and escape. His wings can also be summoned while in his demon form, though they tend to be cumbersome and large, more than of any help to him.
Notable Markings: On his forehead he bears a permanent emblem of a cat's eye - the mark of his people. His right ear is black, and there is a patch of black over his right eye.
While in Demon Form: Amnom is a strikingly-tall male who appears to be an awkward in-between of a feline and a man. His face is the only part of his body not covered in a silver-white pelt of fur, though even his facial features are cat-like with diamond-shaped irises, slitted pupils, and his nose/mouth making up more of a vestigial muzzle. His limbs are long, ending in large paw-like hands and feet. His fingers are just as deft as a human's, however, despite their size. Walks fully upright
While in Cat Form: Amnom is about the size of your average housecat, appearing entirely a silver-white color with a black patch over his right eye. From his back sprout two small bat's wings, the same color as the rest of him, which are fully functional for flight. He is still able to speak while in this form. Walks on all fours.
Current Occupation: Amnom is apprenticing to one day take over the duties as head steward of the Demon King's household. Things have gotten easier since he began his training a few years ago, but it seems to him that he still has impossibly-much to learn sometimes...
Personality: Like many cats, Amnom seems to take himself too seriously. He becomes easily-flustered if things prevent him from completing the tasks set out for him, and has a strong sense of duty. He is, however, oddly tolerant of people in general, preferring to pinpoint excuses for why they behave the way they do instead of simply writing them off as 'evil' or 'a waste of time'. This skill proves especially valuable when dealing with his mentor most days. On the flip-side of the coin, Amnom has absolutely NO patience for inanimate objects acting up on him. He may very well turn around from tolerating an hour-long lecture with a straight face just to fly into a rage at the icebox latch for catching. As he comes from a simple upbringing where there was not much in the way of technological advancements, he strongly dislikes machines and having to put his trust in them unnerves him more than a little.
While he comes off as being aloof and distant at times, he does not take his devotions lightly. When push comes to shove, if someone he cares for is being threatened somehow, he will always choose aiding them over his work.

butler at workBelbel and Gaga Gaga, loyal servant of 1,004 years to the Demon King's court and personal steward of Princess Glenda, takes himself and his duties in utmost seriousness (even when said duties include making pink frosted cupcakes or hemming dresses). This catdemon is infamous for his no-nonsense, melodramatic, and temperamental nature, making many dismiss him as simply a grumpy old man. In truth, he cares quite a bit about those he's grown close to, but is very backhanded in his ways of showing affection. He's not quite the ice wall he'd like to have everyone believe, however, and is known to be openly and shamelessly reduced to tears by highly beautiful or sentimental sights/situations.
Belbel has served and watched over Lady Beth, princess of the fairy world, since she was a small girl. As there is, really, only so much that a little fairy can do, she is less of a steward and more of a messenger/adviser to her mistress. She is gentle, optimistic, and a bit impish which tends to clash with Beth's gravely-serious demeanor and gets her blasted into the stratosphere if she goes overboard with the upbeat attitude. Belbel has only the best of intentions, but her shortsightedness, skittishness, and clumsiness sometimes brings about more than a little trouble for others. In spite of this, she is always willing to do her best and is eager to make amends for her transgressions.
Both have had the rare privilege of standing at their mistress' sides throughout the Eternal Tiara debacle, earning them both the reputation of "true stewards". It is unknown what, precisely, drew these two together in the first place and they are not particularly open about their odd relationship.
One thing is for certain, however - they are directly to blame for Fondue and Amnom's fateful meeting. The Demon King/Satan-Sama Despite his reputation as a ruthless and evil master, once the Demon King became a family man, his interest drifted from pain and suffering to wanting to share beauty with everything in his realm. His wife was able to keep him in-check right up to the point that she had enough of his unfitting behavior and left. Free to do what he likes as the sole ruler of hell, he has done his best to give everything a makeover...however, demons are not exactly authorities on beauty. Hell now appears mostly the same as it was, except covered in ribbons, flowers, sunshine, and kittens. Some would argue its even more frightening than before...
Despite his attempts to be a good father to Glenda, she has openly rejected him, blaming him for her mother's leaving and shunning any attempts at affection he gives her. It is for this reason he was eager to latch onto Amnom and Fondue's impending child as the granddaughter or son he might not have ever had otherwise.Princess Glenda The princess of hell herself, with self-proclaimed "elegant beauty and fantasic magical powers". If you forget, don't worry, she'll be sure to remind you. Glenda does her best to uphold what she believes the idealized image of a demon princess ought to be, threatening all who get in her way with a burning fate if they should dare defy her. Despite her mother's continued absence from the family, Glenda persists in idolizing her and wanting to be just like her. As she believes her father is the direct reason for her mother leaving in the first place, she interacts with him only when she must and is generally cold and distant. Glenda, however, is not without her warmth. In addition to her reknown in the local Kobold villages as a kindly presence, she has become very close to her four former rivals in the Platina candidacy and values them as her best friends. Likewise, she seems to have accepted her steward, Gaga, as a surrogate father figure, relying on and trusting him with nearly all of her personal matters. She aspires to force her father to start acting like a proper king of hell once more, and to become powerful enough to protect all of the demons dwelling therein.The Odd Couple Musume is a girl who was born into a royal family during a time of great turmoil. She was a candidate to become a princess and marry the prince of the Human Realm, but one by one all of the candidates were targeted by revolutionary assassins. She was the only member of her family to survive, as she was saved by her butler Cube and taken to Gaia. There, she was raised by a retired hero as his daughter.
Unfortunately, the memories of her lost parents rose again when their murderer attempted to take her life once more. Things didn't go exactly as planned... for either of them.
Though her morals have lowered since she gave up her role as princess candidate, Musume is still a good person with a strong sense of justice... she just has to put up blinders every now and then and prescribe her own form of justice, for love sanity's sake.What might've been the simplest of jobs ended up consuming much of Gateau's life. One by one he killed the princess candidates and their families, until only one remained: Musume. Sadly, thanks to her annoying dog of a butler, she escaped to another world. He followed her, but was attacked by the retired hero that became Musume's adoptive parent. With one of his ears cut off, he retreated and took a defensive position each time Musume came to avenge her world by destroying the revolutionaries.
With each battle that he lost, Gateau's sanity started to slip until he came to the conclusion that Musume was his fated true love... but can she ever forgive him of the sins that he commited against her family?
Gateau would do anything in his power to keep Musume's love, but his love for her is so twisted that both of them end up bruised and beaten. He is vindictive, cruel, and the grip on his sanity is weakening... but he's also a talented guitar player and loves children. Who knew?Cube
