RPC Bio: He lived in a small town in Japan, that was very rural. His family had to grow their own food and make their own clothes. He died, when he caught the flu. As his soul moved on quickly to the after life, he now waits to be accepted into the soul society.
Living in the soul society in the middle class side, he was poor, but still had enough money for food, and a home. His spirit pressure was rather strong, making him a perfect person for the soul society but his power tends to overwhelm him at times, making him cranky and wanting to sleep.

Shikai
Shikai Release State Picture Or Description: His spirit pressure changes from the normal green color to black and white. His left hand bares the mark of the black Victor, and his hand bares the mark of the white Crusade. His left sword is this. His right sword is this. He considers them curses, but power.
Shikai Release State Release Abilities: The left side of his body is pitch black, and the right side is pure white. (On account of his tattoos)
Shikai Release Command: He rips the top half of his kimono off, showing the glowing tattoo’s on his arm’s that seem to be radiating rashi. The tattoos soon crawl down the sides of his body, and wrap around his legs and arms. He then says. “I bare the mark of the Crusade, and the mark of the victor. Awaken my Crusade’s Victor!” His zanpakuto starts to change and his spirit pressure rises a little.
Shikai Abilities
Ability One: Energy: U’Kiro forms two balls of energy in either hand, one white and one black. U'Kiro sends out these energy attacks which are quite powerful. Before contact, they hit each other and create a powerful explosion.
Ability Two:
Gero Tensho: Admitting a large blast of energy from his hand (Or gun’s or sword depending on his style he is in) IT travels In the form of a shadow sound wave. It is extremely power when used from the gun, but normal power when using the sword’s or his hand.
Suco: He sends rapid blast of energy balls from his zanpoktou, or gun or hands.
Ability Three: Blast: U'Kiro places his hands on the ground, it creates a white and black line that extends to the target. As soon as the lines reach the target, a large amount of light and dark energy blasts upward in a funnel like shape, which damages the target.
Bankai
Bankai Release State Picture Or Description: His right side of his body is completely white, his eye color has changed now pure white, he gains white garments that cover his body. A small sense of white rashi protects the right side of his body. He also has a white feathered wing. That has little metal feather tips. He has all the same things on the left side of his body besides they are black, and his eye is pure white, not black.
He has two staff’s that look like this. He has a rest on his back that if he wants to use just one of his staffs he can. The staffs can break apart into little swords. The blades come out and are attached to a never ending chain.
He can connect the back together on the opposite one. Have black on white.
Bankai Release State Release Abilities: A instant barrier goes up over him and whomever he is fighting. Keeping any outsiders from coming in – it is extremely powerful, but not totally impenetrable from the outside or inside. It will come down when one of the combatants have fallen however. Only some one of equal or greater power can enter.
Bankai Release Extended Name Command: Crusader’s Victory in arm!
“The stones are set, the ground will break and tears shall fall, I release you from your cage to claim victory!”
Bankai Abilities
Ability One: Dark Over Light: U'Kiro places his hands in a cross like fashion, dark and light energy form around them. He releases them off, sending a powerful attack in the shape of an 'X' towards the opponent, whatever the 'X' touches, a massive wave of light and dark power explode, massively destroying the area around it.
Ability Two: Twin Lightning: The sky overhead clouds over, dark and white lightning are crackling. U'Kiro places both his staffs towards the sky, they pull down the lightning, which makes them both begin glowing white and black. He puts them together and lightning strikes down from the sky in a destructive path towards the target, instantly obliterating anything in their path.
Ability Three: Healing: U'Kiro heightens his spiritual pressure to its extent. A small black dome will appear over an injury and begin to heal it, very fast. Or, a white dome will appear completely over U'Kiro and allow him to regain spiritual pressure quickly, also slightly healing fatigue.
Ability Four: Chain: This ability allows U'Kiro to send out his staffs in their chain state, however, one chain is glowing white and the other black. These chains travel at very fast speeds and U'Kiro is able to control the direction they go in, able to quickly chain their intended course without any delay. Each blade is transformed into a small bomb like structure, which explodes the moment they contact anything. This attack can be very tricky to avoid.
Ability Five: Copies: He can create black white copies of himself but can only make a total of five. His black ones disintegrate after three posts, and his white ones after four. They move and attack (attacks can be felt) just like a normal Shinigami. Using black or white energy.

Information
RPC Name: Tsubaki Mizuru
RPC Age: 573
RPC Gender: Female
RPC Personality: Tsundere Type. Mostly cruel or stern but kind at the same time.
RPC Bio: Members of the Mizuru clan are born with large amounts of reiryoku similar to the Quincy. Though unlike the Quincy the Mizuru clan train from a young age to prepare themselves for life after death. They do not train to fight Hollows while they are alive but for when they are dead. Each one of the Mizuru clan trains in the Tsukikage Ninjutsu secret techniques. These techniques though not practical in life are devastating attacks after death. Tsubaki was no exception to this tradition, she trained her entire life redying herself for the after life. Her clan had a high percentage and great prestige reguarding the amount of shinigami they produce. Each one though is not always strong, but some are considered protegees and are given the title of Tsuki [moon] for there exceptional aptitude for the Tsukikage Ninjutsu fighting style. Her story as a shinigami starts the day of her death when she was cruelly cut down by a simple bandit looking for gold when hr back was turned to an injured loved one. As soon as she was killed she exited her body and slayed the bandit who had caused her and her death and her parting with her lover. Her lover survived and died many years later and the two never saw each other again. She entered the shinigami academy and passed in half the time normal students did due to her already knowing a sword style, control over her Reiryoku and Reiatsu and the implication of its uses.

Shikai Released State Release Abilities: Upon release a large shockwave that threatens to knock over anyone who isn't ready for it explodes out in all directions with tiny blades of wind to make tiny insignificant annoying cuts on anyone unlucky enough t get caught in the blast. The shockwaves area of affect extends to about 10 feet out.
Shikai Release Command: "Cry...Fenrir!"
Shikai Abilities
Ability One: Crescent Moon Slash: Tsubaki fist uses er Kage Bunshin technique as she concentraes some reiryoku into the blades of Fenrir. After enough is gathed she begins slashing at her target sending small crescent moon shaped shockwave like slashes at her target tat spin slowly as they travel through the air. The attacks hit as if a normal blade would and she can launch around 50 of these attacks with each implication of this attack.
Ability Two: Full Moon Slash: Tsubaki gathers a large amount of reiryoku into Fenrir's blades and performs a front flip slashing fom the instant she starts to the point she ends and launches a large circular shapped white energy attack that is surrounded by the element of wind. This attack can easily slice through steel and would remove even the limb of a captain if a succesful hit occured. Dodging is easier ten blocking this attack since it is flat like a coin.
Ability Three: Wind fall: Tsubaki fist shunpos high above her target then uses Fenrir's wind element to engulf her entire body. Once surounded by swirling winds she dives down upon hr target with deadly accuracy and slashes downwards with the added slicing ability and crushing force of the wind.
Ability Four: Blade Vacuum: Fenrir is constantly surrounded by a rapid swirl of wind causing a mild vacuum effect. When ever an opponent is cut their blood is stalled from being pushed back by the wind of her blade. This effect also causes mild heart attacks in some victims depending on there constitution and how close the attack was to their heart.
Ability Five: Reiryoku poison: Fenir excretes a nasty little poison the affects the reiryku of a victim. The poison causes the stability of said victims reiryoku making high level kido explode in the face of the user and bankai to simply deactivate with enough of the poison. *about 10 good slashes* The victims reiatsu is also weakened through the softening of their reiryoku. As another result energy attacks from the victim are severely weakened upon first contact with the poison. *takes 3 posts for the poison to take affect*

Bankai Release State Release Abilities: Upon release the area for about a mile out is suddenly littered with Katana sheathed in there scabbards, handle up in the dirt. Fenrir also absorbs reiishi from the air.

Bankai Abilities
Ability One: Shiro-Shikon [white fang]: Once Fenrir as gathered enough reiishi from the air Tsubaki can swing the blade swiftly at her opponent and fire a shockwave that moves at such a speed it causes a vacuum behind it picking up small debris, smoke, dust and the like.
Ability Two: Tentou Heki [Heavens Pierce]: Tsubaki focuses some of her reiryoku into Fenrir and starts thrusting it at her opponent furiously. The energy stored fires out like a thin beam surrounded by a wind vacuum to aid in piercing its target and leave a thick hole in them.
Ability Three: Bakuretsu Kazebunshin [exploding wind clone]: Tsubaki spins Fenrir for a short moment kicking up a powerful gust of wind and from that wind comes several visible figure made of wind and reiryoku from Tsubaki. These clones each get into a stance ready for charging an chase down there target to slash at them and once contact is made with anything they explode with great force sending tiny wind blades that cause as much damage as a paper cut but all over.
Ability Four: Wind Slash: Tsubaki simply swings Fenrir causing the vacuum around it to launch forward in an invisible slash attack with the power to cut into things as if it was a direct attack from Fenrir. If someone were to block the attack with nothing but a katana the attack would simply break into two and go around the katana saving only a very small space between both attacks on the victim.
Ability Five: Wind Hammer: Tsubaki focuses a large amount of reiryoku into Fenrir and it forms a large ball of wind around its blade. Tsubaki then swings Fenrir around like a massive hammer and upon impact the air is forced towards the target simulating the impact of a massive object crushing what ever is hit.
Ability Six: Kazeyori [wind armor]: Fenrir constantly generates a swirling wind around Tsubaki to help fend off attacks. Light attacks are simply brushed aside and stronger ones weakened.
Ability Seven: Katana Kakutoku [Sword Possession]: Tsubaki's Ultimate Tecnique. Using Ferir's wind control she ceats roughly 10 small humanoid figures out of wind which take up a Katana or two from the ground and and attack Tsubaki's enemy like small foot soldiers. A good blow will disperse the figure causing the Katana to simply fall to the ground and rust away almost instantly. After the figure is destroyed another will be created, taking up arms against Tsubaki's enemy.

Shinigami Techniques
Technique 1: Kage Bunshin: Not to be confused with the naruto Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. This technique can only be performed by those who have mastered Shunpo and the control and implication of their reiryoku and reiatsu. Using shunpo beyond the normal use of the technique the user then releases a small amount of reiatsu from there body with each use of shunpo. In doing so the user will leave a perfect copy of themselves where they once were and it lasts longer then a normal after image. This furthers the illusion that insane speed creates.
Technique 2: Excessive Speed: Tsubaki is much faster then others of her rank.
Technique 3: Huge Reiatsu: Due to Tsubaki's family traditions and her being lucky enough to be born with abnormal amounts of spirit energy, and her training in life and death, her reiatsu density is much greater ten those equal to her rank
Technique 4: Unnatural Spiritual stability: Tsubaki's soul is excessively stable and has shown more then on occasion where she should have broken down from using too much reiryoku at once and did not do so.
Technique 5: Truama Attack: When Tsubaki's life is threatened she will go into a state of hysterical panic mixed with rage. During this state she will exert more reiatsu then she is actually capable of otherwise and gives off a relentless flurry of attacks after avoiding said threat to her life. This mode of hers last for roughly 5 posts and gives her slight boost to her already small strength.

U'Kiro sat in the river a barrier forming around him, he was meditating in the water. His spirit pressure was no were seen or felt. He was wearing the clothes he would wear if he was in his gigia.
When ever he was on his own he wore them. He sat on the dry river floor. He was talking to his spirits. About what no one knew.

Tsubaki appeared several feet behind U'Kiro and about two inches above the ground. Touching down softly she scanned the area to find her opponent "hmm..." was the sound she made she noticed he was meditating and bent over to pick up a rock. She adjusted the goggles on her head and made sure he weapons were where they should be and able to be removed from thee sheathes. With an ensured confidence she gave a slight nod of her head and faced he opponent who was at this point still meditating. She juggled it in her hand for a moment before throwing it at the back of his head to get his attention. After throwing it she then began stretching getting ready for the fight to come. "Oi" She said bending forward stretching her back. "When eve you're ready kiddy" Her words escaped her lips as she went from he bent foward position with her hands on her hips up, then back, into a leaning back position. Her eye twitched as a loud crack noise could be heard from her back cracking. "ow..." She groaned before relaxing again. Cracking her neck she drew her Zanpakuto and a Wakazashi from its home on her thigh and got into a mild ready position so as not to be caught off guard.

U'Kiro and his barrier rose from the water him still in it mediating. The barrier moved to the ground, and U'Kiro dropped out of it standing tall over her. His left canine hanging out of his lip. "So your the one who, is challenging me?" He asked standing over her his shadow casting down on her. He drew his zanpoktous quickly not holding back. He swung his left blade down towards her chest. His eye's blank. And his expression not changing. He wasn't going to hold back. As he advanced with his left blade his right one came down the other way. He faked the attacks to devise her and used shunpoe to move away. He was now above her swinging his zanpoktou's down ward's towards her shoulders.

Tsubaki had already used her Kage bunshin technique when he had made is first fake attack. Soon U'Kiro's attack sliced through the image made of reiryoku causing it to simply vanish immediately. She then appeared behind him while he was still in mid air and thrust her wakazashi at his spine in an attempt at getting a finishing blow. She was concealing her reiatsu and reiryoku to the point where it would be more likely for him to think that she was either still in front of him or hiding somewhere rather then behind him. She kept hr Zanpakutou, Fenrir, close to her in a defensive reverse close to her body to defend against possible counter-attacks.

U'Kiro moved quickly, seeing the attack ahead of time. "Your so slow." He said as his zanpoktous started to glow. "Your attacks are very visible. You lack strength your attacks are to bold, you need to learn your speed, and make your attacks less noticeable" He said as he closed his eyes. "But i guess it seems there is no use in not joining in on the fun." He said as he stuck his zanpoktous out in front of him, his tattoos that were covered up by his over coat started to glow, and spread over his body. " I bare the mark of the Crusade and the mark of the Victor. Awaken my Crusade's Victor!" He said as he was now black and white. And his zanpoktous had changed form. He brought his black zanpoktou up, and smiled. "Gero Tensho!" He yelled as a large blast of energy traveled threw along the ground as U'Kiro brought his zanpoktou down.
