Nickname: Storm
Reason for Nickname: Her reigen and the way she rages when she's angry: Scary, intimidating, dangerous, unrelenting, loud and harsh.
Age: She'll answer you with "A year and several lifetimes." She appears to be in her mid 20's, but her eyes betray her, indicating she is much older than she looks.
Eye Color: Steely gray with streaks of lighter gray which center at the pupil, sorta like lightning in her eye.
Eye Shape: Slightly slanted almond-ish shape
Glasses or contacts?: Nada. Though she does wear coloured contacts on occasion.
Hair color: Red with some reddish gold highlights
Hair length and style: Reaches almost to her waist, slightly wavy and layered. Usually pulled back in a ponytail or looped and tucked into her hair tie. Like uhm, when you hair is in a pony tail and you fold it in half (sorta) and tie it again so it looks like you have something like a bun from the back?
Face shape: Oval, with defined cheekbones, straight nose.
Skin tone: Pale. Curse of the redhead. x3
Distinguishing features: She has a intriguing tattoo of a cross between a cloud and smoke on her right shoulder, hinting at her Reigen abilities. She is also rather tall, being 5'7.
Health Condition: Pretty good, but has a tendency to catch colds easily.
Overall Constitution: Strong and resilient, with the exception of catching colds. She's pretty balanced mentally and physically, but places an emphasis on her physical health. She's physically strong and agile, having trained herself for years. However, when her reiki is low, her health suffers and she spends a few days in bed recovering.
Home District: Kurohyou-ku
Current Residence: Upper Guren-ku, in a small but comfortable apartment near the edge of the district.

(If Soulborn) Social Status & family: She's estranged from her family, and refuses to talk about them. No one really knows who they are, but they do see the sad look on her face and how touchy she is when someone mentions family. Some suspect she is related to a prominent business man named Gelean who once had a red-headed daughter that appears to have died out in the Cloverfields. [hint hint: Backstory ;D]
Occupation: Academy Trainer, possible candidate for Captaincy. (well, someone's gotta train the newbs yea? /brick'd)

Talents/Skills: Audra is physically fit, and pretty handy with weapons. Don't mess with her in a fight unless you're looking to be severely injured. Just stop or hesitate for a moment, you'll be all over the floor before you know it. She's a good listener and very closed-mouthed, willing to take out time to listen to someone and offer some advice if asked for. She is very perceptive, sensing things before you say it. She's also highly intelligent, and is very opinionated about many things. She's very sharp and grasps situations very quickly and uses it to her advantage. Her perception helps her in this area as well. Audra has a creative streak which she rarely indulges in. Her few drawings and paintings are framed and hung up on the walls of her home, while her desk conceals some poems and stories she has written. She also has a piano which she plays fairly well, with a few doodled compositions somewhere in the mess of her papers.
Relationship skills: Audra isn't as proficient in the social department as she is in the others. She won't go out of her way to make friends, preferring solitude over pointless small talk and mindless chatter. Some would go as far as to call her anti-social. Audra may not be the most approachable person, but is willing to stop to help out complete strangers if they need it. Somewhat solitary, she has a few people she would call friends. She is very mistrustful of people, even though people trust and depend on her. She attracts a lot of attention from the men, with her lissome figure and arresting features. The men usually back down after they meet her face-to-face. The few who don't are usually beaten up by her when she challenges them in exchange for a date unless she slaps them outright when they ask.
Habits: She has a habit of tugging at a lock of hair when she has nothing to do with her hands. She also has a bad habit of avoiding people subconsciously, especially if they need to see her.
Hobbies: Reading, playing the piano, taking walks, drawing, writing
Virtues: Perfectionist, decisive, strong, perceptive
Flaws: Capricious, cynical, mistrustful, solitary, sarcastic to the point point people want to strangle her, anti-social
Overall Personality: She's somewhat of a mystery, since no one knows what her past was like, nor does she talk about it. She can be very intimidating and frosty, but gradually warms up as she gets to know you better. She tends to listen more than she speaks, but has meaningful things to say when she does say something. She offers advice when asked. In a more casual context, Audra tends to be very sarcastic, and this often gets on people's nerves because they can't tell if she's being sarcastic or serious. Though they dare not question her. In fact, they consider her to be anti-social and somewhat abrasive with her blunt words and no-nonsense attitude.
Often observant despite her silence. She is usually cool and collected, the calm one who holds things together. She rarely shows her emotions or reveal her thoughts, private to the point of being secretive. She is akin to the calm at the eye of the storm. But when stressed, she can be found to be rather irrational and short-tempered, often causing mild storms in her general area. She is easily irritated by the most trivial thing, but even more so when she's stressed. Anything could set her off, be it a bad joke or a bird chirping.
She is willing to stop and help anyone who requires her help, and expects nothing in return besides a word of thanks. But just because she helps you or vice versa, doesn't mean she trusts you. Her trust is hard to gain and easy to lose. Very few people have her trust, and none have her complete trust.
She's well known for her temper. Even though she's rarely angered, she's like a storm when provoked and you may find yourself threatened to an inch of your life. She also sticks to her guns and will defend herself when questioned. She's more stubborn than a mule about certain matters, and will walk out on someone if they refuses to listen to what she has to say.
She's a generally messy person, but somehow knows where everything is despite the huge mess. When a rare fit of neatness takes over her, she will go about tidying up everything within sight. However, she never ever seems to tidy up her desk, which is always littered with reports, loose-leaf paper, doodles and just about any kind of paperwork imaginable.
Audra is rather capricious, often switching between topics, tasks or emotions in a split second. She does this to hide her vulnerability when she is on unfamiliar ground, or when people talk about family. Whatever people may say about her, Audra is very touchy about family, often snapping at people should they bring up the subject. She has a soft spot for pretty trinkets and many of the surfaces in her home are covered with seemingly pointless trinkets, but they all have a special meaning to her. Audra is rather lonely inside, though she would never admit it. Sometimes she cries herself to sleep just because she feels too alone.
All in all, she seems to have it all together, but if you manage to get under her skin, you can see the broken person under the perfect image she presents to the world.
Personality key question: How would your character spend a rainy day?: If she has a class to teach, Audra would most likely spend her whole day at the Academy, training and mentoring. Should she have some free time between classes or after her class, she would go to the Academy library to check out a book or two. She would probably take a walk near the Cloverfields on her way home unless she is too tired.
If she doesn't have a class to teach, Audra would probably laze in bed for an extra 15 minutes or so before getting up and eating some breakfast. After breakfast, she would proceed with her usual routine of physical training and meditation. She would then take a shower, have lunch and spend the afternoon reading, writing, playing the piano or painting. Rain or shine, she would still go out in the evening for a walk near the Cloverfields before returning home by sundown. After that, she will have a shower and dinner before curling up with a book or watching the rain fall outside her window.
How do they dress?: Usually found in a leather corset, leggings, a mid-calf skirt slit up to her thigh and knee-high combat boots with 3-inch heels. Sometimes she has a leather bolero on as well.
When the weather is hot, she usually has a black tank top and short shorts (meaning those which end sorta just below you butt) with her boots.
During the winter, she has a parka and a sweatshirt over her usual garb. If the temperatures drop below freezing, she will swap her regular clothing for a sweater, fitting track pants, and regular combat boots. Of course she keeps the parka on.
She always has a gun belt slung around her hips, occasionally has a sheathed scimitar slung over her shoulder.

Vernacular: Usually short, blunt and to the point. Can be eloquent if necessary. Frequently injects sarcasm into the conversation.

Abilities: Audra is physically fit and has a mastery of weapons. She is a deadly fighter, both in close combat or ranged. However, despite her incredible skills at physical offense and defense, Audra is more known for her Reigen. Her ability being unique and one-of-a-kind, Audra can bend the air and water to her will. She refers to this as "Elemental Manipulation". She can also sense the elements around her, be it in another's body or in the air. She has also honed her dairokkan until the level of a master, thus greatly increasing the strength of her Reiki (Spirit Track).
Signature Technique: With her Elemental Manipulation, Audra is a force to be reckoned with. She manipulates the elements by seeking out a source of the element she can tap into and then bending it to her will with her mind and Reiki. She then allows a little of her Reiki to flow into the element she is manipulating and uses her Reiki to control it. Thus, she can cause the winds to blow and the rain to fall though this drains her mentally and physically. She is strong enough to gather the elements to cause a storm, but she is not strong enough to control them for long periods of time. She mainly focuses on air and water to summon storms. She is trying to manipulate fire and earth, with little sucess.
Her Reiki (Spirit Track) is unusually strong, as she had to hone her dairokkan to let her be aware of sources she can tap into to use her Elemental Manipulation. This is one of the reasons she is very good at avoiding people.

Reigen false-form: Audra's tattoo and eyes will begin to glow dimly, with winds whipping around her and thunder will rumble.
Release: штормом (shtormom) - Storm come!
Reigen false-form ability: A storm come with lightning striking wherever Audra's eyes may fall at regular intervals. Rain begins to fall lightly as thunder resounds. More of her reiki is drained the more she uses the lightning.
Reigen true name: гроза (groza) - thunderstorm
Reigen true-form: Audra is lifted into the air by strong winds surrounding her and lightning crackles around her. Her eyes and tattoo glow brightly, lighting up the surrounding area.
Release: Я призываю гроза (YA prizyvayu groza) - Thunderstorm I summon
Reigen true-form ability: Similar to her false-form ability, but more intense. Rain comes down in torrents, drenching everyone withing a two-mile radius. Thunder sounds whenever the lightning hits, and everything before her is annihilated. This drains her reiki in huge amounts, and she spends a few days recovering from releasing her Reigen's true form. If she holds up the storm for a long period, she will fall unconscious from the physical, mental and spiritual strain it has on her.

She makes me think of Storm from X-men XD
It's well written and everything makes sense. The only issue I can really find is that, she seems too 'perfect'. I'm not great with it Crits, I feel like your girl could over power every character. But I could be completely wrong since I don't know all the characters. And for the Captain role, she could very well be whats needed.
But as just someone reading it, she's very intelligent she's strong in offense and defense, mastery in weapons, and her ability to bend all elements, and then her Reiki is storms that affect up to a 2 mile radius.
It covers all grounds, and doesn't leave much open for a weakness. So it wouldn't hurt to have a weakness.

I like the overall impression, and you won me with comparing her to a panther. heart
First thing I ran across is how inconsistant her hobbies and rainy day activities are compared to her occupation - unless it's a day where there are no classes. You say she's candidate for an Academy Teacher. What for? Since she's focused so heavily on physical attributes in teh beginning, it makes me think Bushido.
I like her "I just did." comment. It shows her blunt and abrasive
side and gives you an idea of who she is.
Even for an academy trainer, however, she's still too strong. She's great at everything - physically fit, storms, elemental manipulation, sharp wit, helpful despite not beign fond of people. Unless she were severely limited socially to the point that she were a caveman and communicated in grunts (and failed to get the message across), I'd have to say she more than tips the scales. Perhaps the elemental manipulation can be for one single element - say, air - to match with her affiliation with storms as her Reigen?
She needs a weakness, definitely. At least one. Otherwise it's like looking at a powerhouse that could obliterate the world and its Oni with the bat of an eye.
She does remind me of Storm from X-men, but I like her and she seems well written. 3nodding
