Jasmine made her way to her first class: Transfiguration. She had let Zack go back to get his stuff just as she had gotten her's. She saw that she was one of the first people to make it in and hoped that Zack would get a spot next to her.

"No problem." Kyle said, smiling and looking at his wand. His was willow and unicorn hair, short, flexible, and slightly crooked. That was the way it was made, apparently.

"I'm not sure... It was reddish, I think it was cherry, and she made a big deal about it having a phoenix feather in it. It was really long, too. I could always tell where she hid it, because it would stick out of wherever it was." Kyle said, trying to remember. His older sister, Emily, was a third year, so he couldn't just go check.
